“This company is a con!! They will take your money and you will not receive anything! There is no customer service and it is a con! I have reported them to visa yet they still trade!!”

“Do not shop here under any circumstances. They cancelled my order (upon my request because one of the items was unavailable and I hadn't received an update in over 30 days) but never processed the refund. At first, customer service was responsive, but once I followed up on the refund, I did not receive a single response from this company via email or the forum on the website, and their phone number is continuously unavailable.”

“Very poor service. I ordered a shirt two weeks before lockdown begun, and paid the extra for it to be delivered within 5 working days! 9 weeks later the shirt finally arrived! During those 9 weeks, the customer service number wasn’t connecting, emails (that were being responded to) was the generic “your order is in transit”. After 7.5 weeks, I logged back in to see my order had disappeared and there was no tracking number in order for me to use. I subsequently called the bank and they completed a charge back within 10 days. During that period, the shirt arrived with a very rude email from Simon who called me fraudulent. I asked for a discount only to be told when the charge back is reversed, we can then work something out. Since the reversal of the charge back, we’ve gone back to radio silence. Simon is no longer contactable. He gave a poor response blaming lockdown for the delay. The truth is that it was ordered 14 days prior with a 5 day delivery slot, if they were unable to print a shirt in time then this should’ve been communicated on the website. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!”

“Made an order for 2 items, one arrived pretty quickly, but still later than promised and the other never appeared as they were unable to obtain the stock. Correspondence was poor and I never got an update unless I contacted them. In the end I cancelled the order of the the other item and was refunded £5 less than I paid. My emails have since been ignored and I have raised a dispute with my bank. I can’t help but feel that this outfit it a big dodgy and I am really disappointed with the service I have received from them. The order I made was for a birthday and they’ve really let me down. Be careful when using this website.”

“I purchased 3 items from them. 1 arrived in good time, the next day I got an email saying that due to stock problems they couldn’t get me the other 2 items & they were on back order, which I excepted. 2 weeks later I emailed to enquire as I thought that was sufficient time to wait. I was told that they still weren’t in stock & don’t know when they would be in, this email was by someone called biju who said I could cancel & be refunded for the 2 items, so I confirmed this & waited the 3-5 working days that biju said it would be as he also confirmed he had initiated the payment. The order was cancelled on 17th April. I’m writing this review 11th of may still not refunded & now my last 3 emails to them are being ignored. I was patient with them but now iv decided the only action left is to contact trading standards. Needless to say should I ever receive my refund from them I shall never use this sight ever again..”

“Appalling customer service, impossible to contact them, phone numbers appears inactive. Luckily, I paid using PayPal, and managed to get them to deliver my item after 6 weeks plus a filed complaint to PayPal, which they took up with this dreadful company on my behalf.”

“Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered 3 items from this place. 4 weeks later, still hadn't received a thing. When you email, no reply. When you phone, no-one answers. When you message them on their site, you hear nothing. When you contact them on Twitter, they ignore you. HOWEVER, when you open a case with your credit card company and they chargeback the money from UKSOCCERSHOP, they get straight in touch with you and reply to any emails you then send them within 30 minutes!! This place is an absolute joke. The 3 things I ordered were for someone's birthday. I made contact in every way I possibly could, pleading for someone to send me at least 1 of the items for someone's birthday, but everything was ignored, so I didn't have a single present to give them. In short, if you order from these cowboys and there's any issues, you'll get ignored. But if you cause them any issues, they'll be straight on you for a swift resolution. If you want my advice, DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!!!”

“Faulty (or suspected counterfeit) product was sent and no less than 3 messages were emailed to them, which were completely ignored. I was quite happy to exchange/refund, but have had to submit a chargeback for the order as they have clearly refused to communicate (let alone rectify the problem). It would be too late for them to see this review and bother responding now, as the claim is in progress. Very poor way to conduct business.”

“Never received the package. Was never given a proper shipping tracking number to check if the package was at the post office. Even when the article is clearly lost, after three months I have not been reimbursed yet.”

“Terrible company to deal with. I bought my grandson an inflatable chair for Christmas and it deflated. I emailed about 20 times in January for a replacement but they never made contact. Very frustrating situation and do not deserve to trade. I clicked on the question I heard from them after a week but in all honesty I have never ever heard back from them.”

“Bought a shirt, no confirmation email, check my bank account a few days later and they've refunded me £3 LESS than the purchase price, with no explanation. Can't get through on the phone. Why not email me to tell me, and why short change me?”

“Ordered Jersey from California. It took forever to arrive. They sent wrong size and then refused to correct their error. No refund. I can’t exchange because shipping back from USA to UK would be too expensive. They refuse to even a knowledge wrongdoing.”

“Awful! Order placed at the beginning of December. It eventually arrived at the beginning of January. I admit that I live in Hong Kong but use the regular post to send things to/from the U.K. and this normally takes a week. No tracking available! Two sweatshirts arrived on January 4th, one in the correct size and one in the incorrect size. Also, the initials were printed on the front instead of the back???! Raised the issue of the incorrect size immediately. They asked for photo evidence which was provided. Since then the only response has been "we're checking". Checking what I don't know. No offer of a refund, to correct the order. Just nothing. Total lack of follow up.”

“Please refrain from shopping here! They take your money and simply never deliver. They advertise items as in stock but in reality all are on 'back order' with lead times of weeks or even months. Customer service is non-existent and if you do get a reply it is of no help whatsoever. This is not a good place to shop so buyer beware!!”
