“I've been in contact via email and over the phone with Roger at una technology before I ordered, he was very patient and helpful. My orders arrived on time by parcel force and ups next day well packaged and in perfect condition. Everything I ordered is set up and working and I'm pleased I now have another good company to buy from in the future. The ordering to delivery was to be honest the best I've seen”

“I ordered two items by mistake, but Una got back to me with a personal email to query the amount. After I told them I'd ordered the second item by mistake, they immediately issued a refund for the superfluous one. The item I ordered arrived next day. Excellent, personal and extremely fair service. Would use Una again.”

“Placed an order on Monday at 5pm on a next day delivery. I was not expecting it to be despatched on the Monday as I knew I was late placing the order, but needed the item for Wednesday, so despatch on the Tuesday would have been OK. At 5.30pm on the Tuesday UNA emailed me to say they had made a mistake on the product and they were cancelling the order. Now, I have no problem with an order being cancelled if a mistake had been made, however I do have a problem with how late they left it to tell me they were cancelling the order. They left it so late I was unable to order what I needed from elsewhere. For me that is shockingly poor customer service..”
