“First of all, Una Technology answered my burning question whether the Eizo monitor would run on Windows XP (yes, any monitor should, but I needed the definitive answer before dropping a big chunk of change on it). Secondly, the price was very competitive with other sellers. And thirdly, they were very quick with the delivery!”

“The person who I dealt with, who helped me with my order, was extremely professional & helpful and went out of his way to help me! He had good technical knowledge also! There were issues with regards to the new motherboard I ordered, where the manufacturers had stopped fitting an old ide socket, and had not notified them, the gentleman in question, went out of his way to spec a new motherboard, that suited my requirements, processor and ram, and liaised with the distribution warehouse, where I was at the time, an hour and a half drive away, to urgently collect the parts for a new project, and solved my issue there and then! The staff at the warehouse in question were also extremely professional! Thank you for your help, the project went without a hitch, there was no faults with any of the components, and my customer was also happy! Many thanks for your endeavors UNA! “I ordered a bar code scanner and lead, both arrived quickly which was great, unfortunately they didn't work, no power! I then tried to contact the company to organise a return but no answer on the phone, I left two messages with no call back, I also emailed as a back up and haven't heard anything back for two weeks! Terrible service. I shall be returning my items and expecting a full refund now, when I would have been happy to exchange.”

“I ordered a transfer kit easily by phone and asked for (and paid for ) a Saturday delivery slot. The kit did not arrive until the next working day after the Saturday. It was clearly marked "Saturday Delivery" by Una, which was great but DPD let them down by not even attempting the Saturday delivery. Una refunded the delivery cost in full. Good company/product - let down by the couriers.”

“delivery of my pc chassis was very quick considering was ordered on bank holiday Monday and arrived as quick as it did and went from one of the country to the other I am very pleased ive yet to put it together as it came on a pallet so lots of sorting but everything looks good thanks :)”
