I made a purchase yesterday 08.12.23 @ the Harbourtown Factory Outlet store in Biggera Waters, Queensland, 4216. Amongst the purchases were a pair of black boots (UA MICRO G VALSETZ MID-BLK 13) $160.00 (with discount of 50% I paid $80.00) & black gold pants (UA GOLD PANT-BLK 36/32) $100.00 (with discount I paid $60.00). The shoes and pants were worn by my son for work last night and not damaged but proved unsuitable for his work use. So, we returned them to the store this morning and were met by a rude salesperson behind the counter who said we were unable to return them. We explained clearly to the lady that they had been worn last night and she could clearly see they were undamaged. We had the receipt also. I am disgusted with the way we were treated and dismissed. As stated previously the goods were undamaged and in good condition so why can they not be returned? The pants had the tag removed and the salesperson said that this could not be resold as a result. I find this excuse ridiculous and unhelpful. The boots were also in great condition and again I simply cannot understand why I’m being told I cannot return items. People try on items all day long in the change room so what is the difference? My son worked for 3 hours and does not do dirty work. The tag should be able to be replaced if that is the only issue. The boots were sold to us also without a tag. I received a phone call this morning from Customer Service and was told that unless there was a fault they do not accept returns. I find this completely unacceptable. An absolute waste of money and very very expensive.

Very disappointed by Under Armour online Shopping. I recently had a deeply unsatisfactory shopping experience with Under Armour. The product I purchased had size issue, and unfortunately, dealing with their customer service only made worse the problem. Firstly, the product I received did not meet the expected quality standards. This alone would have been manageable if the customer service had been responsive and professional. However, the way they handled my concerns was shockingly unprofessional. Attempts to communicate were met with indifference, and it became apparent that the customer service team lacked the necessary skills to address customer issues effectively. Their approach was dismissive, and it seemed like they had little understanding of how to handle dissatisfied customers. Overall, my experience with Under Armour was disappointing, not just due to the product issues but also because of the unprofessional behavior exhibited by their customer service team. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the company to improve its customer service practices.

Faced very worst experience with product return. There is an issue with the size. I have filed a return immediately. The return was approved by the team but the product was not picked up. Waited for 10 days for the pickup just to see that the return itself is cancelled on the 11th day. Have raised to support and no proper service at all. They say an issue with the site all the time. Lost a very huge amount putting it on under armour is the worst decision ever. Please don't at all purchase high price products from Under Armour. They say 60 day easy return but fail to address the issues of customers. Wish there is a site where I could file a complaint against this fraud.

I have yet to place an order that is completely filled. They maintain item availability online and will let you place the order then cancel it. This has happened multiple times.

Customer service is challenging, calls transfer from US to India or another country, English their second language so difficult to convey info and for them to understand what you're trying to ask or receive information about.

I coached peewee football and we switched to Under Armour footballs. In particular, the football in the attached pic was used in two seasons of games, and looked brand new. These are the best footballs ever! I have a 10 month old German Shepherd he got ahold of this football and is his favorite toy. I went through no less than 20 balls that he destroyed in less than a day. He’s had this ball for 6 months and has given him hours of fun, he’ll wear me out before he will this ball. Best ball ever!!!

Domestic Delivery for online purchase took 10+days, to exchange the product (was too big) as per company’s policy 5-7days, today is day 8 and still waiting for pickup, I can’t imagine how long will take to receive the exchanged package. Exchanges for online purchase is not accepted in the physical stores even with a receipt. Customer service - don’t waste your time.

Was a dealer for 10+ years, cancelled our account with no reason. We sold 100k a year. Company is a joke. Try to put small dealers out of business

Terrible customer service. after being transferred to a call center in India, where the customer service folks didn't speak english only to be told that i could not exchange the shoes for another size until the shoes purchased were returned. returns are taking any where between 2-4 weeks. based on the comment below, likely NOT GOING to take place.

Same problem as others have experienced. Awful service -- ordered 12/15 and eight days later in-stock products haven't shipped. Website said plenty of time for Christmas delivery and paid priority shipping as added precaution and still hasn't shipped. Called on 12/22 and was assured the order would arrive for Christmas. Guess this customer service rep has some strings with Santa's sleigh as I don't see this happening. For the amount they charge for their stuff made in China I would expect much better service. Definitely switching to another brand that treats their customers better.

I did a order online and everything looks fine until I did a exchange and I understand that this took time to process I constantly contacted costumer service, they gave information about how my package was supposed to be processed every time I contacted them I looks everything was fine I also told them that was a Christmas gift because they told me that my package was ready to send on December 13 and they were waiting only and that I will receive my package before Christmas , today I contacted them again and they told me that part of my package was ready and I will receive my package on December 27 and the other part of my package was sold out. I understand that they have a high volume for holidays but at least they should sent an email explaining that so I can cancel my order

If I could give Under Armour a zero I would. They are deceptive and lie when it comes to their promotions. Spent 3 hours on the phone disputing $31.22 that they owed me after their representative offered me for a 40% discount on my purchase. Will not be shopping there again... untrustworthy and fraudulent.

I'm a 28yo female and I work out. I'm not one of those annoying little girls who go to the gym to strike poses in cute gym outfits while taking selfies and doing nothing else. That being said, Under Armour sports leggings are made for these girls and no one else. I bust my ass 3 hours a day, 5 days a week at the gym and I'm in phenomenal shape. I need clothes that support these intensive workouts. Under Armour makes great sports tops so I thought I would try their leggings (I previously only purchased Victoria's Secret leggings until the scandal came out concerning how they treat women). Victoria's Secret leggings last forever. I had a pair that lasted 8 years with no pilling. They are resilient, light weight, and you can move around in them. And typically retail for $50-$65 a pair which is pretty cheap. I purchased 6 pairs of Under Armour leggings. Each retailed for about $80 a pair. These leggings are so poorly made I hardly know where to start with the issues. The first pair lasted approximately two weeks. I sat on a straw dining chair and a piece of straw which wasn't even sharp burst through the paper thin fabric. Never happened with VS leggings. And it was a fabric hole the diameter of a pen cap in the butt cheek immediately rendering these leggings unwearable. I was so annoyed. In under a year, the other 5 pairs of leggings ($80 a pair!) have sh*t the bed for issues I never encountered with VS leggings. As with VS, the size and fit were perfect. It simply comes down Under Armour only making leggings for women who want to LOOK good at the gym and don't want to work out. You can't move in these leggings without risking a tear. - Squats? That's how another pair died. I was drenched in sweat in a boot camp class and mid squat, I heard a tear - right in the seam in the butt cheek. NEVER happened with VS. If my butt were actually that big, I'd brag about it. But it's not. I was wearing poorly made sports leggings. - Splits? Crotch tear. Goodbye pair #3. - Brushing up against a door? The hinges snagged the paper thin fabric and tore a hole in the side. It's been a year and I have no longer have leggings to wear at the gym despite the substantial financial investment I made in this purchase. My last pair which held out the longest became so worn down from use that holes were showing up in the crotch, in the seams, they were falling apart. I finally tossed them today. Bringing me to sports bras. I still have and use sports bras I purchased from VS over 10 years ago. That's how well the quality holds up. I'm a big fan of the front zipper sports bras. VS and Under Armour retail roughly the same price for a sports bra. And within a year, the zipper teeth on the Under Armour sports bra I purchased broke. My size has not changed either. I want to support to women. I really do. But I'm going back to VS until a sports retailer can come up with a fashionable line of athletic wear for women who go to the gym to sweat. Under Armour and VS make identical leggings in regards to creating fashionable, form fitting, flattering leggings made with light weight fabric. But VS supports endurance, they're durable. Simply put, VS leggings are better made not to mention they're cheaper. Given my love of Under Armour tops, this was a major disappointment. For all you ladies who go to the gym to sweat and who enjoy looking good while doing it - these leggings are NOT for you.

I did a refund 17 days ago for some shoes that were 2 sizes smaller than what they write on them, and still didn't get my money back. On the official website they are saying that the whole return process can take up to 14 days(which is outrageous anyway), then they tried to lie to me that it can take 14 working days. When I confrunted them, they days they are sorry and to wait more. Really??!!! Was my first time worderinf something from them, but NEVER AGAIN !!!

They have deceptive promos that do not fully disclose stipulations. There was a buy $100 get $20 Armour card that you can use later during a specified time. Said $20 Armour card has a minimum spend and more stipulations on use that were not disclosed at time of purchase. If I had know that I would have not even bothered with any purchase. I had purchased 2 gift cards for $50 each. They sent two cards but only one had $50. The 2nd gift card had $0 ZERO !!! So I paid $100 for a $50GC and don’t even want to use the $20 Armour card because of the spend minimum. Customer service is a horrible experience of ignorant and incompetent apathetic employees. Before the gift cards had shipped out I had contacted customer service to find out where my $20 Armour card was. They said I should receive a code after my order shipped out. If I had known about the stipulations on the $20 Armour card, I would have canceled the order before it shipped out saving me the headaches and anger at the incompetence of the entire company. Hours spent on chats and on the phone led me nowhere. This company deserves to get run into the ground. I hope all the athletes dump this company because this is a horrible company of hypocrites who only care about $$ not social, cultural, nor environmental concerns. I hope everyone boycotts this company.
