As others it's a terrible company who have no customer relations. Shoddy trading in which the likes of Amazon and eBay should kick off their platforms.

Unfortunately I am another victim of Unibos lack of refund - for goods incorrectly delivered. I suppose the good news is that I did receive a refund for one item but not the second, which I am still chasing. They also say on the Amazon website they will pay the Postage if their fault and haven't done so. I have had exactly the same experience as others here with lack of contact and phone not being answered. They also sent a Hermes return label knowingly out of date and reissued countless times which I believe is fraudalent. So I am going to Trading Standards now. I have treid many times to be polite and reasonable with Unibos but to no avail. Also Amazon refused to publish my review!!! Amazon did not help to try and resolve the issues when I contacted them either. I'm sure if I owed money it would be different!! Please avoid this sort of disappointment and go to a reputable seller.

I returned two Easykut grass Shears from Unibos which I ordered through Amazon. Looking a returns label was hard enough never mind getting a refund for the two items ( £ 24.95 each ). Lost count of emails an telephone calls / messages as it goes straight to their answering machine everytime I tried. Anyone looking a refund of this dire company ...good luck as you will probably be the first. You only have to read the reviews about Uselessbos to see how rubbish an unreliable they are. Avoid them at all costs as it will cost you in the long run. If there was a zero rating they'd warrant it.

I bought a Whistling Kettle from Unibos via Amazon.It didn't whistle, it whispered. Useless - no refund received after returning Amazon informed me that I had been refunded - I hadn't. contacted seller - ignored for two weeks, then told I would get a refund - two weeks later still waiting. I will never use Unibos again, they should be kicked off Amazon, they informed Amazon that they had issued me a refund - they lied. Never again - don't waste your money on these rogues.

I had my suspicions about Unibos before placing my order because the phone number on their website 01793 497717 doesn't work ("you have dialled an incorrect number") and Google throws up a mobile number (odd for a business) which went to voicemail (and my message wasn't replied to). I also read some lousy reviews. Despite all that, I ordered what I need (inflatables for a pool) as I would have buyer protection via PayPal and the prices were competitive. The inflatables arrived two days later and were exactly what I ordered. I can't fault that even if others (say they) have had bad experiences, even if Unibos needs to sort out its telephone channel(s).

I placed an order for wire netting to help solve an emergency job. It was during lockdown and after placing the order it told me it would not come the next day but in a few days time. I tried to cancel it right away, I needed it urgently but it still arrived. Not their fault. I contacted the seller and they said they would take it back but at my own cost. Understandable. I paid nearly £10 to return it. They received it back in the original box, not even opened on 06/05/20. I have been chasing them for my refund ever since. I just keep receiving emails confirming my email has been received or from people stating they will look into it. I've been asked to send proof several times which I've sent but I am still waiting for my refund of nearly £70.00 and I have not been given a reason why three months later they cannot refund me my money. So I would say yes if you are sure you will not need to return your item they're good but if you find yourself in a position like I did then expect a real battle to try and get your money back. As I write this I am still waiting. I have tried calling them too but it just rings to voicemail. I don't know what else to do and can only hope this review gets their attention and they help me by resolving it.

very bad Company delivered the item damaged. they Keep on telling me to contact the producer of item. The riproducer of the item told me to contact the seller. Item was bought on eBay. Now I'm left with nothing. terrible terrible Company. AVOID!!

Wrong product delivered.Amazon not interested as the product was not “faulty” No return details for Unions and no answer to e-mail or phone calls.Disgusting customer “not care” We have your money so tough !!!

I can only echo what other folk have said. What a joke of a company, product (via Amazon) broke after less than 3 months, Unibos stated it was out of warranty & refused to refund or replace. Took this up with Amazon who contacted Unibos, Unibos then said they would accept it back as long as I paid for the postage & it was in its original packaging. Dispute is ongoing!

absolute joke. The product didn't fit together at all. Took 10 weeks to get a refund from Amazon but still waiting for my refund on postage which actually cost more than the product. Personally I would avoid buying anything from this company, its too much hassle and you'll end up out of pocket.

Sent wrong item. Told me it was what I ordered - even though I sent them photos of the item I received that clearly showed it was not. Said i could return it, but they didn't supply a paid postage return label. I had to pay return postage, which required signature on delivery, insurance etc... They have now sent parcel back to me, but I wasn't home to receive so is sitting at my local post office waiting for me to collect. Unibos have so far put me out of pocket to thr sums of £40 for the wrong item and £13 on return postage!! Amazon denied my first A to Z claim, and I'm now trying to appeal,. The whole experience has most definitely made me think twice about ordering online in future. DO NOT BUY FROM UNIBOS!

Awful customer service. Item arrived smashed, so I asked for return and refund. They kept emailing me time and time again to offer me discounts if I kept the item or a replacement, wasted so much time replying over and over again that I just wanted my refund. After they finally allowed me to send it back, I ended up having to file a claim with Amazon in order to get my refund. Total timewasters.
