“I ordered a Wilks RX525 pressure washer on Wednesday 19th February 2020, it arrived the next day at 10:15. Given that it was free delivery I was not expecting such an early receipt. I have unpacked the Box everything is as it should be, now I just cant wait for some decent weather to use it.

“The customer service of this firm is diabolical. I was initially sent a faulty generator that wasn’t performing as it should. It then took five days to get the generator picked and the so called fault repaired and now I’ve been waiting five days and counting for it’s return, of which I’m still waiting. So the so called 72 hour turn around on faulty products isn’t quite working. The costumer service I've received through out has been none existent from Most of the staff.”

“DHL lost the package. After a number of missed promised delivery dates I told DHL to send it back to the seller when theyfound it. I told the seller and asked for a refund. Now the seller is refusing to refund as they've not received the goods back. In short they're holding onto £600 of my money against an issue between DHL and themselves. Avoid doing business with them, I certainly will.”
