“Bought a battery charger from them used once and didn’t work. Company refused to honour the warranty.
Judging by other reviews on other sites other customers have experienced the same! Plenty of good British Companies around unfortunately a Union Mart isn’t one of them! My advice is avoid them at all costs and buy from a decent company!”
“The customer service of this firm is diabolical. I was initially sent a faulty generator that wasn’t performing as it should. It then took five days to get the generator picked and the so called fault repaired and now I’ve been waiting five days and counting for it’s return, of which I’m still waiting. So the so called 72 hour turn around on faulty products isn’t quite working. The costumer service I've received through out has been none existent from Most of the staff.”
“DHL lost the package. After a number of missed promised delivery dates I told DHL to send it back to the seller when theyfound it. I told the seller and asked for a refund. Now the seller is refusing to refund as they've not received the goods back. In short they're holding onto £600 of my money against an issue between DHL and themselves. Avoid doing business with them, I certainly will.”
“I ordered a pressure washer on a Tuesday over the phone and paid by card and was told it would arrive the following Thursday,no delivery.
Rang up on the Friday and was told it would be delivered same day, no delivery.
Rang up the following Monday was again told it would be delivered that same day, no delivery.
During this period i sent several emails all of which were not answered.
I have now emailed them to cancel the order and refund me, as yet no reply so it looks like i will have to take matters further.”

I buyed a jet wash and after a month and 3 weeks stopped working. They said to check few things and I did. STILL NOT WORKING.
Then they said that I NEED TO POST IT TO THEM to try to fix it on my money.
I think they are made to last enough for one month and a little. And I payed a lot of money”

“Received a broken generator (to heavy for the delivery man ) . After sales service was pathetic they have got your money and don't give a toss. The product may be ok but union mart are a shoddy lying company it took over a week to get my money back will never use or recommend this company...”
“I just brought 9000w generator it turned up covered in oil from transport and and unionmart says its just the man in the middle I need to connect the courier. My contract is with unionmart not the courier so there after sales is at best 1 STAR”
