“The case protector that I bought was of excellent quality. However, the instructions of how to open and fit the case to my tablet was inside the case ! I had great difficulty with trying to open it to get the instructions and contacted the company for help. All they kept offering me was to return the product. Clearly they had no idea either. I managed eventually without breaking or damaging the case, but putting the fitting instructions in the case was absolutely ridiculous.”

“The charger sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t which is a bit strange, I'm not sure might be the plug instead of the cable.”

“The product is fine, really liked it. Unfortunately, the delivery time stated was misleading. I took 'Royal Mail 48hrs' to mean that delivery would be within two days. It took just over a week for me.”

“I ordered a charging cable for my Samsung A12 on the 10.6.2022 and the money for this item was taken a couple of days after. To date I have still not received my cable 😕 so as a result I would like my cable alternatively you refund the cost that you have already taken. All other questions cannot be answered as I have nothing to show for the money I have paid currently!.Now received today.”
