“I had a slow puncture and so visited the Croydon branch on Monday (24th July) morning. An older employee started to tell me that I would probably need a new tyre (I felt like he saw a woman on her own and thought maybe we can get a new tyre out of her!!). Fortunately, after a short wait, Reece came and ushered me into a bay and set to work checking my tyre. Such a lovely young man, so friendly and polite. He checked my tyre, found a small puncture in the tread and set about repairing it. He then took me to the office where another very lovely man sorted out the billing. Have used this centre before and will use them next time too.”

“I had a tyre changed today at the Croydon branch. Reece served me who was really helpful and friendly. The service was fast, accommodating and he answered all my questions. They were the only ones in the area that had my tyre without having to order it and the price was good in-comparison with other stores.”

“I cannot speak highly enough about Andy and his team! I had a blowout on the M25 this morning and was stranded a long way from home in rush hour traffic. Within 45 minutes of ringing them, I'd had a new tyre fitted and was back on the road. Really friendly guys, amazing service and a brilliant price! What could easily have been a stressful experience was resolved without a hint of fuss. A massive thank you for saving my day!”

“I have used the Staines branch of Universal Tyres for both motorcycle and car tyres for a few years now and return because their prices are competitive, they are local and albeit they are usually busy, they are always friendly and give honest advice. For example I was to buy 4 tyres but they said the rears were still OK for a while, I got a £20 voucher (for buying 2 tyres), to spend at Universal Tyres at a later date.”
