“I rang these guy's approx. 2 hours ago, they were booked but made an exception for my stranded young daughter, couldn't not praise these guy's enough - Jason thank you - best company ever and I should know as I spent 2 hours ringing round numerous other companies who were not interested at all, so don't delay make these guys your number one, Thanks again Fi”

“I booked my car into the Chelmsford branch to check for a loose silencer box. The staff were very helpful and advise that the problem was a broken rusty bracket and advise me to book it into a local garage to have a new one welded on rather than charge me for a new system. I would recommend this company to any friend or family for tyres, exhaust or servicing as I found the staff helpful and honest in dealing with my problem. Michael”

“After another company tried to rip me off a few months back by saying I needed a new tyre. my colleague recommended Universal Tyres in Greenwich to me and I wont go anywhere else now as i trust them 100%! service is great and no rip off prices for no reason. five star service :-)”

“I have been using my local branch in Ipswich for some years and have always been very pleased with the service I have received. The staff are always polite and there is no job to big or small they will take on. The prices on all work carried out is very competitive and I have never left there feeling robbed or disappointed in anyway. With the current team they have in place I would strongly urge others to use them for all there motoring requirements. To sum up a very highly professional team with the customers needs always being put first. A fantastic branch and a huge credit to the area.”

“I visited the West Thurrock branch yesterday with a slow puncture. I half expected to have to wait half an hour I also expected to need a new tyre after the tyre fitter found a large screw embedded in the tread. All the above was unfounded, they started on my car within five minutes of arriving and completed the job in about half an hour. I received a polite welcome from the staff I dealt with including the front reception desk, I think his name was Andy or Alan, I do not know the tyre fitters name but he done a great job. Keep the good service up.”

“My local branch in Greenwich always goes way beyond what anyone can expect. I take my car and camper van there and have a friend who has taken two cars there. It is a very friendly sevice with great expertise and help and suggestions. Why do I go there? Best service, friendly, good prices and always trustworthy and reliable. Oh, and low cost as well!”

“A good day. Normally shelling out £95 on a new tyre would not count amongst one of life's most pleasant experiences; but if like to thank the staff at the branch in Grays fit making it more bearable. Jake and Paul were efficient enough with fitting and payment etc; but what came as very pleasant surprise, on returning to my car, was to find two other members of staff had just put my spare back in the boot. Nothing special there you might think, except that I had just come from B&Q and they'd had to shift 50 litres of paint in order to do it. So a big thank you to Jake and Paul. (Yes I noted their names down as well).”

“I had an issue with my Ford Focus and i took it to several other garages to get it fixed including Ford themselves but they all tried to rip me off and sell me part that i didn't need but one quick visit to Joe and the boys down at the Thurrock branch and i had my situation resolved in a matter of hours!! They really looked after me and even though they were snowed under they fit my job in and i left happy! i would recommend this team to anyone!”
