“I got a quote from Halfords to replace and fix certain parts of my car, I took this quote to Universal @ Thurrock and was served by Joe and the Team - not only did they beat the Halfords quote by over £200 with the same level of labour and parts, but it was done in record time, they kept me informed throughout the day on the repair update, at no point did I feel I was being hustled like I usually feel at other autocentres. They were all very personable, warm and very nice people. It's my third time using them for car repairs and each time they exceed expectations. I highly recommend.”

“Just wanted to say what a pleasure it has been dealing with the guys at the Croydon branch. They were most helpful and efficient, and the relaxing environment in which to enjoy the coffee and magazines made the whole experience very pleasant.”

“We turned up with a nail in our tyre and they first tried to repair it to save us money however we ended up needing a new tyre. They were so polite and friendly, and changed the tyre in minutes. Excellent service”

“I used the Greenwich Branch yesterday for the first time. I had a puncture and was stranded. The staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. Matt and his manager went above and beyond to provide me with excellent customer service and did a great job getting me back on the road. I would highly recommend them and they’d be my first point of call if this ever happened again. Great company!”

“Was expecting to pay for a full tyre however they were able to repair the puncture quickly and in a timely manner. The waiting room was well decorated and the staff made me feel very comfortable. Would strongly recommend!”

“I always used Chelmsford when Andy was there however since it has been re-vamped and the new Manager, Rob, has been in situ I have used this once and found him so arrogant and really quite rude that I now take my business to Graeme and his team at Rettendon. I am a middle aged lady who never feels uncomfortable when going to this branch. My family and I had used Chelmsford for over 40 years as my parents have their own haulage business but now we only go to Graeme and his team as they are always super friendly and welcoming NOT like the the Manager at Chelmsford. Sorry Chelmsford but Rettendon get 5 stars and lots of recommendations from me.”

“Nick and the other staff at Plaistow are welcoming, efficient, try to save you from unnecessary expense, listen, give good advice and are in every sense professional. I left with two new tyres and a feeling of safety, confidence and good value. It's good knowing the Plaistow depot is there – as I have done for 30+ years.”
