“Took my car in today for an MOT. Unfortunately it had a couple of problems but the guys called around and got the parts I needed, at a great price. When it was ready which was later that day, I didn't have anyone to take me so they came and picked me up. I have used Universal since moving to Colchester 6 years ago and wouldn't go anywhere else. I find everyone to be friendly, helpful and I trust them implicitly. Thanks guys, your help is greatly appreciated.”

“I'm extremely happy with the service I received. Vince nd the team went the extra mile, and showed a lot of perseverance trying to help me. They were honest with me and never overcharged me. “Joe & the team at Thurrock were fantastic! I had an emergency visit on Friday after a breakdown on the M25 and they couldn't have been more helpful. They had us on the road again within no time and even made us coffee while we waited! Would highly recommend!”
