“We had a flat tyre and called to ask them to check it. Joe and the team at Thurrock were very helpful and though busy they sorted it out immediately repairing after removing a screw in the tyre. We were on the way to Tilbury on holiday and couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you”

“I visited the Greenwich branch on Saturday 17th December my car has over heated and I took a detour from the blackwall tunnel thank god I did. Originally going in there to get some water for the radiator the guys came and had a look for me.. they got it up on the ramp and see where the water was leaking from.. There was no way I could drive it, They let me sit in the warm and offered me a hot drink and the man John was so helpful and put me at ease as I was feeling anxious, they didn't have to do this as they wasn't going to receive any business from me yet they were all so kind, looking up the AA for me and even ringing up for me. I would highly recommend this company. I got home back to Kent safely all thanks to these guys at universal tyres. Thank you once again. :-)”

“Took my Toyota Yaris in for an MOT, needed a new exhaust box and a handful of other problems. I'm a domiciliary carer who relies on my car 24/7. These guys were extremely helpful, friendly and to the point. No 'extra charges or unnecessary repair advice' I will recommend them to anyone. They keep you informed and treat u with respect, unlike a lot of leading garages. Very fair prices and I will use them again if needed. Thank you so much. You have saved my Christmas month! :)”

“I visited Plaistow depot to enquire about doing my MOT. as it was a matter of urgency I was delighted to get a slot within the same day. Customer service was great and they made me feel like a valued customer. A worker named Wayne notified me that my brakes would need changing and I was more than happy with his input.”

“My mother found her car on her drive with an incredibly flat tyre. I called Universal tyres of Springfield, Chelmsford and they were so helpful and efficent. They made a "house call" to her and fitted a new tyre within 4 hours of my calling them. Fast, efficient, friendly service. Will definitely recommend to friends and use again should the need arise.”

“Just visited the South Croydon branch for a puncture repair. I had to ask the fitters name and leave a review as the service I received was absolutely spot on. I was served by a chap called Reece. His manners were fantastic and he was very attentive. I would give more than five stars to him. Absolute credit to Universal. Strongly recommend this branch. I've used them for years and will continue too. Good honest advice from Chris on the front desk, very competitive prices, well stocked, and a fantastic group of fitters. Well done to all at South Croydon”

“Visited Rettendon branch on Friday afternoon required for two front tyres. The tyres which I asked to match the rear were not in stock so they went to collect them from another other branch. Nothing too much trouble for this team of real gentlemen! Thank you for keeping me and my family safe on the road. Would always recommend these guys!”

“My wife had a tyre blowout but managed to make it home. I called the Ipswich branch who were excellent. They sent a mobile fitter out who was with us within half an hour, and changed the tyres with no hassle at a great price. Very, very impressed with the customer service, friendly staff, and excellent job at a very reasonable price. I will certainly be using again, and would not hesitate to recommend to others.”
