Watched the van drive past me on my drive way apparently I wasn’t home!!!went to collect to find a parcel with a lot of rattling and a lot of pieces the article could withstand 400kgs of pressure that must have taken some force to smash it up

Such a stupid thing to come at 12am for collection from 252 Londonderry Ln, Smethwick B67 7EN, and parcels dropped off after 12am-1pm, collected next day. Such a rude drivers. Courier's with rating under 1* shouldn't be on the market.

We were assured that a delivery would arrive today between 8am and 7pm. My wife and I took time off work to wait for the parcel (it was an important delivery). It never showed up. Rather than apologising, UPS simply sent me an email (at 8pm!) saying that the parcel will come tomorrow at some unspecified time. These people are charlatans and the company should be shut down. If I could, I would punch the CEO in the face. My family lost income because of this appalling business, and I didn’t even get an apology. I called customer service, but the lady was totally unwilling to help. I got the impression that this happens to many people. Avoid at all costs.

Your couriers are useless and incompetent. They don't deliver the parcels under the lame excuse the address can't be found when all the other couriers and all our customers can. Of course, there were no attempts to notify me of this so called problem so I had to call customer services to find out why the parcel wasn't delivered. Also, I have to travel 35 miles to the nearest depot to collect the parcels myself after EVERY time I have to deal with you. But of course, you are too big as a company to mind these very bad reviews of very unhappy customers. Shame on you UPS, you're asking money for the poorest courier service !!! Go back to US and stay there

They lied about coming to my address on 14th & nobody being home. I had to phone customer services to find out where my parcel was. Parcel was collected from pick up point on 14th. Today (16th) I get a text stating my parcel will be delivered tomorrow???? They are a joke! I wouldnt trust them with my rubbish let alone a parcel!

Received notification that driver had attempted to deliver. This is a total lie as someone was home & no card left. Also area is covered by cctv which of course shows no UPS driver at the time they claim. Contacted customer services- parcel left at local collection point. This is the third parcel that we have had the exact same thing happen with. They are blatant liars and do not come anywhere near address. UPS- USELESS PARCEL SERVICES

This has to be the worst delivery service in the NG14 area. Today I should have received a delivery,the driver came to the house did not even bother knocking on the door or ringing the bell before posting a "sorry we missed you" ticket and left and how do I know this because I watched him!,I now know what UPS stands for UNRELIABLE PARCEL SERVICE.

99% of the delivery drivers are appalling, never delivering to a home address, I always have to chase and find my parcels are at the local collection point. Only 1 parcel in 2 years has arrived properly on time and undamaged. They claim no one was at home but in reality they don't even try. No card in letterbox because it's completely untrue there is always someone in my residence and I work from home !!!! I understand pressure to meet targets, so either the company needs to reassess it's business model or employee more competent staff. You are giving a bad reputation to companies who otherwise offer great customer service.

I've waited in all day today Tues the 11th June because I was told a package was being delivered. At 7.30pm tonight UPS decided to inform me it will now be tomorrow again by the 'end of day'. I don't think this is acceptable service. This package needs a signature and is stopping me from going out. Terrible Service !!!

Do not use UPS!! My parcel was shipped using UPS and they said that the parcel had been delivered however we didn’t receive anything. When I went to the website it said that there should be a note saying where the parcel is if the buyer isn’t home but obviously I had no note. I then luckily found that the parcel had been delivered to a local collection point which I went to collect. Unfortunately, the packaging was horrendous and opened probably to see if there was anything valuable inside. Luckily, for me the actual contents weren’t damaged. I highly, highly, highly stress to ensure that you’re not receiving your parcel using UPS!

They sent me an email that my parcel will arrive "today" and since then 2 days now my parcel still not arrive, chatted with online customer service, the reply is I'll check it out for you ma'am, now still waiting. Worse company. Don't use it

What a joke of a company. The driver left a note but could not be bothered to knock on the door. The representative practically accused me of lying when I advised her that my office is adjacent to the door I can hear every knock. Refused point blank to believe that I was in office. Vile customer services and now I am left with 150 orders for customers that I cannot deliver today because of their incompetence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY PATRONISE YOU AND TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE IRRELEVANT. read the reviews carefully 1's all the way.

Worst Service Ever, They do not respect customers what so ever. The Delivery driver was so rude, asked for £45.57 Charges before releasing the parcel and when asked how these are calculated then said I don't have time pay cash now or I will take it back. We had no change and gave him £50 note and he replied we don't keep change so had to pay £50 to get the parcel without knowing what we are paying for. Don't use them they are so rude

Several times I have had parcels coming via UPS, they have never delivered to my address as I wait in specifically for the parcel, they go straight to a collection point...very poor service..

Delivery not executed. Customer service non existent. Kept on hold for 20 minutes twice and then cut off. I will never purchase anything from any Company using UPS.
