DO NOT! I REPEAT! DO NOT!! use UPS to ship,receive, or pickup anything, this review will probably get lost or never viewed because they've lost it or will lie and say it wasn't ready to read. This company is by far the worst, all I needed was an item picked up, after a week of them lying saying the package wasn't ready for pick up, I took it myself. Customer service is a joke. Save yourself a headache and use any other company. SN: they get 0 stars, it wasn't an option I had to press 1šŸ˜”

I received an e-mail saying that my parcel would be delivered March 15. It never came, and I received no information about it. Several e-mails and days later I was told it would arrive on March 25 (but of course not what time) by both the shop and UPS. I waited until mid-afternoon and used the tracking facility. It said, "No deliveries are scheduled for today." I have only just stopped screaming.

NEVER EVER go for it. What all negative reviews you see, all are 100% correct. They will charge a huge amount as custom even if you send 2 pages letter.

Keep well away from this company you will be over charged if customs is mentioned and sent invoices for payment over due even though they will never phone or email you to let you know anything and on top of that you probably will never get your package and be told they tried to deliver but no one was home even though they never came near your home and forget about customer service not unless you want to spend a week talking to a voice machine and get told there's no one in the office and if your lucky enough to get someone from India to answer they will give you 3 or 4 other numbers to spend another week trying to get through to someone

avoid this company. Never use UPS to deliver your packages. Though I didn't receive my package the system says it was delivered and signed. I rescheduled it to be delivered next day as I was away. What I do not understand is how come they send a parcel which is scheduled to be delivered next day ? UPS driver in my area (UB3 1PH) signed himself and stolen my parcel worth Ā£400. When I contacted the company they didn't even consider why it was delivered the day I was away, and the person I called was very rude and asked me to sort this out with the seller. Very irresponsible and untrustworthy company .

The service which I received was appalling and the courier broke the item which I was returning and refused to compensate me for the damage so now I am almost Ā£300 out of pocket. They did not inform me of the damage - I had to spend over 2 hours trying to get the matter resolved. The sales advisors are ill advised and do not want to help and unwilling to take responsibility for their recommendation of service and incorrect information that they provided. I will be taking this matter future!

Every time I order something I'm hoping it's being delivered by UPS. They are so wonderful!! They are the nicest people. The delivery people are awesome. I've had an issue twice with a package having an incorrect address on it. Once, I caught it, called UPS and they tracked it for me and redirected it. You think the post office would do that? HA! They would just send it back, wrong address. He k, the post office often delivers it wrong when it IS addressed correctly. Once, I didn't know the company had addressed it incorrectly, but my UPS guy recognized my name and got it to me!!! How can you get better service than that? My mail carrier delivers my mail to the guy three apartments down from me sometimes. Geez!! If there was a way I could select UPS as my delivery company every time I ordered something, I sure would. They're absolutely awesome. Thank you UPS!!

Terrible service. Send parcel costing $240. Had all needed documents . They sent it back by mistake and refuse to re-send it or refund. Read the reviews, it is like they are happy to get bad reviews!! Go elsewhere.

UPS is not even an American company (located in Warsaw Poland) and should have it's License to deliver mail REVOKED. I keep paying extra for EXPEDITED DELIVERY and my packages were lost twice. I had to Cancel my order, and repay again and it was a 2 month delay in getting my packages. After talking with 3 operator SUPERVISORS, I came up with their Policy stance regarding their incompetence to deliver. 1) Always blame the customer and the sender for giving them the wrong Tracking number. 2) Always blame the recipient for having an address at a 1930's existing building. 3) Always blame the seller/sender for not putting your name on the package. (Even when the sender is the Federal Government) who is sending your SSI PAYMENT CARDS. ***I downloaded their Complaint Form and it was 5 pages of Legalese mumbo-jumbo jump through this hoop you fool). Right? Unfortunately, these foreign companies have Diplomatic Immunity and will never change their bad behavior, although the Mail Tampering is a Federal Offense in the USA. And the online experience is a huge circuitous process that does nothing but send you from phone to computer to phone to computer and zero results regarding your package. It must be YOUR FAULT.

No service what so ever I was advised my parcel was at the depot and would be delivered on Monday. During Monday I received an email saying sorry it would be delivered the next day. Next day get an email saying it was on its way followed by another one to say it was 'delayed' and they would schedule another delivery date and let me know. I am still waiting You try to talk to Customer Service and all you get is an automated reply to say it is on its way. Is that via the Artic? What have they done with my parcel lost it, damaged it or could not care less

This company is a nightmare, Iā€™m trying to change collection point, because the shop is shut, they say they canā€™t, where will it go now? It was my daughters birthday presents very upset customer service is non existent

UPS sent hazardous chemicals (liquid acid) to my address instead of the right address, which is in another. They were supposed to pick up ASAP, but no one showed. Then after contacting the number they provided it was out of service. Finally, when I got ahold of someone they put me on hold for 15 min rather than calling me back. After agreeing that someone was going to come, they ignored my request as to where to pick it up from my location and then hung up on me. Iā€™m trying to do the right thing and have it sent to a facility that can properly dispose of it so my child or anyone else wonā€™t be exposed. Itā€™s insane how they are handling this.

Needed a delivery to someone staying at home all day with an intercom, through amazon. UPS didn't even tried to use intercom, or call the given phone number, they put a paper in the mailbox saying that WE weren't home. Nowhere to complain or signal it, either in UPS official site, official UPS package tracking, or amazon. I really think UPS is taking money to not doing its job, and it's an outrage. I really consider systematically boycotting any site using UPS as a delivery from now.

The past few deliveries we have had were all late by a large margin and in a few instances, were returned to the sender with absolutely no coherent explanation. The website is a pain to deal with and they charge for certain services I havenā€™t had to pay for with FedEx. Customer service is also TERRIBLE, cannot even begin to explain how rude and unhelpful they were to my girlfriend. I know we will be using FedEx every chance we get and you should too.

For the last few months their weekend driver says he tries to deliver and is unsuccessful and takes it back to warehouse, on Monday my regular driver brings it out. This Friday the driver said he came out but that is a bald faced lie as I was working on our driveway and spent the day on the property and no one came in. He then proceeded to take it to CVS pharmacy for me to pick up. Why would I pay $50 in freight and have to go pickup across town. I called at 5 pm on Friday and spoke to a lady and she said she would expedite it and I would receive a call within the hour. That was 2 days ago. I called in and was told it was instructed to hold for pickup. They cannot tell you who held it for pickup. UPcrap will soon go the way of other corporations that thought they were to big to have to offer customer service(Sears, KMart,USPS).

16 months now still no trace of my ā€œlostā€ suitcase. It disappeared 5 miles from leaving my house to the depo in Tamworth and never arrived at the depo. No communication since then!

Absolute disgrace of a company! Had a delivery driver show up at my house this morning. Saying he was there to pick up a "damaged" claim. I never made a damaged claim. He said the claim was made this morning. He couldn't tell me the tracking number, shipper it came from, nothing. I get a lot of deliveries each week. So I can only assume that UPS has damaged/destroyed one of my packages, that was still in there custody. And I will have no idea which one, until enough time goes by to tell me which package never shows up. I called customer service. They can't help you. Without a tracking number. Well, the driver didn't give me one!!!!!!
