It doesn't even deserve a star. I sent a package from the United Kingdom to Spain 2 weeks ago, it has not been delivered yet, and although I paid all the taxes, the recipient received an email in which he has to pay an extra 253 euros. UPS IS A SCAM

Horrible customer service and you guys suck at delivery anything. That’s the one thing you do and you can’t even do a good job at it.

I paid extra for 2 day shipping. My package didn't arrive in 2 days and the excuse I was given was it wasn't delivered because of drivers workload. Pathetic.

Absolute worst delivery company ever. Almost impossible to talk to a representative. They make notes in thier system and drivers have no idea about them. Package sits in my own home city for 5 days because of them.

This is the shi*tiest delivery company I have ever come across. I try to send a brand new iPhone 13 pro max with them to Germany. First, they told me that they lost the package, then a couple of days later they came up with a different story, now the package was damaged... I asked then if the package is damaged as you say, can I please see a picture of it. I started a claim process, no pictures of the damaged phone, no money back and nobody answering email, fax, or phone calls. The only information they gave me is that I have to wait up to 2 months for my claim to be finished and to get my money back. The phone is worth 1700 EURO that's a lot of money and with no phone. Don't use this company, they are several others that are way much better, and at least their customer service works

Ordered a phone through T-Mobile they unfortunately used UPS. So I received a box completely demolished and tape back together and guess what... the thieves of employees they hire stole the phone put the empty phone box back and taped it. How bout do a background check and stop hiring petty people

I live in Pomona, I came out my home at approximately 1:20pm on a Wed and I see UPS delivering a package 📦 to two of my neighbors that's normal but what I found disturbing was the Asian guy that was delivering the packages 📦 was throwing them in my neighbors yard🤔. I was leaving anyway so I followed the truck to his next stop and took a picture of the truck and license plate. This is very unprofessional I hope the package 📦 wasn't fragile 🤦🏻‍♂️

The worst carrier. Never on time with anything. Always takes twice as long as they say it will when you book it. 'Expedited shipping' in one instance took 5 weeks to ship from Germany to USA - a major route with dozens of flights daily! Germany to Australia, minimum 2 weeks. In both cases they advertised 1 week. . With other carriers expedited services deliver in 1 week. Never using again. Bad experience every time.

UPS is hands down the worst delivery service ever. They'll charge you for expedited delivery or even a regular delivery knowing in advance it's not going to be there on time cuz none of their deliveries on time. And then they lie customer service sucks it definitely leaves a lot to be desired. Don't waste your money or time

Delivery keeps getting pushed back, and working with customer service was atrocious. Best they could offer is charging me $9 more to pick up my package myself?? This is a package that has been out on delivery 4 times now.

I AM Beyond livid !! UPS had a super lazy lying , don’t wanna do their bleep bleep job driver today for my neighborhood !!! So I’m supposed to get a much anticipated packages today . It’s been delayed since it snowed last week which is totally understandable. So I’m excited today to get my packages finally . I’m watching the notices like a HAWK !! I’m a UPS my choice member and the packages was also on the ROUTE app as well letting me know their coming today . I sat in my front room and also had cancelled appointments for today so I wouldn’t miss my delivery. It was that serious to me . LOW AND BEHOLD , I get a notification on ups app saying DUE TO SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS, my package won’t be getting delivered. I was confused at first . Cause I’m like severe weather conditions??? Our streets are clear . So I was like what’s going on? I immediately call UPS and I’m like what gives . Why am I not getting my packages today. This lady told me that the driver said “it was unsafe to drive and he didn’t want to get stuck” . My right hand to GOD , that’s what I was told by customer service !Im posting pictures for you all to see the “SEVERE HAZARDOUS WEATHER CONDITIONS” , THE DRIVER LIED THROUGH HIS RAGGEDY MOUTH ABOUT !! So I tell her that’s a lie unless the driver was going to park on the sidewalks. My streets are clear . Matter of fact I got my mail today and FEDEX was delivering packages in our neighborhood today also . So why couldn’t this particular driver do his JOB !! Because he LIED about the weather conditions of our street on Cherokee street in saint Louis, Missouri !!! I hope like hell corporate sees this post and knows one of their LAZY drivers lied through their teeth about it being too “HAZARDOUS DUE TO WEATHER “ , to deliver packages on my street today !!! I also found out drivers have the ability to put in severe hazardous weather conditions as a reason to not deliver instead of getting approval through management first !!! What kind of BLEEP is that !!! You want to know what makes this even more outrageous, a UPS truck drove down my street while I was on the phone with customer service . Some straight bull s*** !!! And now , BE SURE TO LOOK AT MY PICS FOR THIS POST , thank you , because you can clearly see the DRIVER PUT “ HAZARDOUS conditions due to weather “ in the FIRST NOTICE @ 1:19 pm !!! Then @ 4 something SOMEBODY re did it and added “ emergency situation & or severe weather “ !! That my fellow reviewers is called : trying to clean up your mess and save your a** . Thank goodness I was smart enough to screen shot the original message . Because , I KNOW for a fact they would have called me a liar to my face . I will NEVER forget this !!

Delivery or lack there of was absolutely horrible. I had to pay them even more to pickup my own package after they failed for days to get it to me. 4 different customer service reps literally lied on the phone to me. It took me calling 6 times to even figure out where they were holding my package at. Absolutely the worst shipping company I'd recommend using anyone but them. I bet you could stick your package on a turtle and do better. #pissedofcustomer.

My daughter ordered herself birthday gifts from her gift card on amazon. Three were coming from ups and one through reg mail. The ones through ups were shown to be delivered, however they were not delivered to my home. They were delivered to someone else home is a different town. She ordered them in the beginning of January and we still havemt seen them yet!!! They have been giving me the run around saying we cant find your address ( they literally pass my driveway 5 times a week to deliver stuff to my neighbor). So i gave them my local post office address since they didnt seem to have any issues getting my daughter her other present. Now they are saying they couldnt find the address again and it was being sent back to sender. I will be contacting amazon and informing them of the issues caused by ups. This is crazy stupid!! My address is very clear on my my mailbox as well so when they drive past it it shows the number and st name🤷🤷. Ups yall need to work on who you hirer make sure they know how to read and use maps correctly and a phone!! And stop lying to people and giving them the run around cause you cant admit yall screwed up!!!!! By the time my child gets her stuff the candy in it will probably be no good😒.

Terrible company I bought plates on Amazon and it was shipped via UPS and the plates were damaged by the careless driver who threw the box on the driveway damaging the plates I had to get a refund via Amazon and UPS refused to claim responsibility for the damaged plates

Unbelievably Bad Customer service! I called with an issue, A robot answers and deciphers my request as something completely different and hangs up. You keep repeating agent, customer service, or anything to make the stupid robot understand that you need to speak with someone, but it hangs up every time. I never use UPS because I already know about their "legendary" customer service, And I'll keep NOT using them. Understandably big carriers like UPS have a certain monopoly because you don't have a lot of choices. But I hope that changes in the future...Been trying to speak with someone at UPS for 2 days

If I could give UPS less than one star I would. I paid for a package to be delivered the next day. Not only was my package NOT delivered the next day, but it is now day 4 and still it has not been delivered. By NOT having my parcel delivered, I have lost hundreds of dollars I didn't have to lose. I have reached out by email over 10 times and still my package has not been delivered, nor have my emails been answered. I have asked for a refund over 5 time, and I have not been reimbursed, nor have my requests been acknowledged. UPS claims bad weather on their website, but I have watched the USPS drive by, FedEx drive by, but no UPS. For two days, their tracking site has said "delivery by 10:30 am". It's now 6:00 pm and still no package. Please don't waste your money. Use FedEx or USPS for your parcel deliveries. You'll have much better luck getting your packages where they need to go.

This is a complete scam.they great to collect your money but they never deliver. I am waiting 2 months for a package and have spent hours on to customer service without any help.please,please save your money. Worst courier service in the world. Fact

They do not honour their guaranteed delivery refund terms and give your the run around when you try to claim. Will never use again, awful company.

My mailbox got hit by a plow and needed to be replaced. My road is very busy with traffic running at 50+ mph. As I started replacing the mailbox, a UPS driver noticed and stopped vjust up ahead so traffic had to slow down. He stayed there until I was nearly finished. That was an awesome thing to do!
