It already happened at least 4-5 times where UPS returns my parcels with no explanation. According to the tracking numbers, some information were missing, but instead of contacting and telling me what was missing they returned the packages. When I tracked the parcels though, it showed that they "made" several attempts to contact me, which is a complete lie. They never contacted me! Recently, one of my suppliers tried to ship out a parcel with UPS and once again they returned it to sender because according to the tracking number the consignee address wasn't correct but it wasn't true either. I checked the address and it was correct. And every time, I contact the call center they can't even tell me what document is missing. It's simple a waste of time and money to deal with them. I rather use FedEx or DHL

First time I used UPS in a long time. They lost a package I sent to a customer and week later I tried them again and they broke that item. Tried to get my money back for both, they didn't even refund me the shipping cost for the lost package. Lost money on both items. UPS just lost a customer!

The worst. Online never works, chat never available, can't login to account. They have no interest in trying to help customers and seem to go out of their way to make it impossible to even get in touch. Cannot think of a worse service. Don't understand why anyone would use UPS. Will not buy from a supplier again if I know they use UPS as too much of a headache.

Never use the company...they slap on loads of hidden charges on your customer on delivery and will not hand over the delivery until they get those charges..From my experience of this company many suppliers do not realise this predator company is doing this and you will have lost that customer for good

If it was possible to give 0 starts I would. Most unreliable company I know of. Don't call customer service unless you have hours. They make false claims as to why they can't deliver. I've had a package "out for delivery" for 7 days before, and receiving other packages just fine from UPS in the meantime. There truly is no excuse for this unprofessionalism. Last time I checked false advertising is illegal. And what about retaining something that belongs to someone else for up to a week, for no legitimate reason? The worst part, there is no accountability or attempt to make things right or resolve the issue.

Had a package coming to us that we didn’t know the sender so curious to get the package. Package ends up showing delivered but we look everywhere and it’s nowhere to be found. Doorbell camera never went off so we looked all around garage and house. Can’t find anywhere. I have spent all morning trying to get in touch with a human customer Service person at UPS as I have no contact information for this sender. I don’t no what was in the box. All the virtual assistant will do is say file a claim and then hang up or say it was delivered. I have tried all kinds of statements and nothing will get me to a live person. I have tried Facebook messenger and they just say package is from name of place and was Delivered. I keep telling them I have no clue who it is or what it was. I need to know a phone number or address for the sender. I need someway to Contact the place. I have googled the name of the place and think I know what might be in the package but I need help. I am getting no assistance from UPS and they could care less. I believe this is my diabetic supplies but not really sure. No customer service And they could care less that there delivery person screwed up.

UPS delivery sucks!! Attempted delivery today of 2nd Day Air, rang doorbell ONLY once, no knock, then scanned, left note and took off. Not even an attempt to ring twice or knock. This the 2nd time UPS does this, they absolutely SUCK!!! I have asked my vendor to offer Fedex option, will NOT use UPS again.

CHKDT CHANGED > XXXXXXX, se hizo por el valor declarado de este paquete siendo un monto de 1.000,00 eur a la cuenta bancaria que finaliza con los números 19966. Y una nota de crédito a su cuenta de UPS en concepto de cargos de envío por el monto de 18,11 eur. Acepte nuestras disculpas por cualquier inconveniente causado, Sheila García -Europe DI-ES & PT - -UPS LIMITED- _____________________________ Hola, Sí, he recibido 1.000 euros, pero mi reclamación fue en total 1.648,95 euros. Además, pagué 39,95 euros por el envío y no 18,11 euros como dices. This company is so bad at the moment. Delivery dates are totally unreliable and change constantly. A delivery that should have taken a few days took 3 weeks and then tuned up unexpectedly with another delivery service? Second shipping was 2 packages in one order- collected and shipped at the same time, one arrived, the second is who knows where? 2 days later and still no package. Completely unreliable. Unable to speak to anyone.

Item arrived broken and dented, has to have been dropped from height or thrown? Was heavily padded, strapped and taped. UPS completely unhelpful, say item not wrapped to their specifications. Advice to senders? Get specific wrapping instructions from UPS for each individual item, adhere to them or use alternative carrier.

UPS lost another package, AGAIN. They make the claim process is so difficult, to deter us, maybe? Talking to someone on the phone is nearly impossible. And when you do the conversation is a complete waste of time.

UPS have lost my package and are blaming me the sender and the receiver for abandoning a very important package. When told that neither of us have abandoned they then said the address was incorrect. Not so. I have been sending items to that address in Jamaica by other couriers for a long time without any problem. I have tried claiming on line but was directed back to their customer service centre who sent me back on line. It has been over 6 months now and cannot see a satisfactory conclusion. UPS needs to get their act together. There are other good couriers out there and I would suggest using them.
