they lost my parcel from farfetch but they said they delivered it. horrible company. my parcel is expensive and nobody from ups compensated it. they even can't show me exact address and place where they "delivered" it.

Dreadful - paid a premium for next day delivery and they delivered three days lte without any explanation, apology or refund. Do not fall for their guaranteed delivery dates.

Urgent package dispatched from UK on 20th December is still not here on 21st January. I phoned UPS on 10th January and was assured it was on the way. I phoned on 17th Jan and was told another couple of days. I phoned today on 21st ... now they say next Monday. Why is UPS so un dependable? Why so many 1 star reviews in the past week?

UPS - THE WORST COURIER COMPANY ON EARTH! UPS - as thousands of others have stated in numerous review sites, you are truly the worst courier / delivery company in the entire world. I specifically took the day off from work today and waited ALL day at home for the package delivery. I phoned your customer service in Sweden and spoke to Bojan at 15:00hrs today to inquire on the status update of my package to be told that the courier attempted to deliver to me earlier today and there was no one at home to receive the package. This is a BLATANT and OUTRIGHT lie. I have not left my home since last night and have been patiently waiting for the package all day! To make matters even worse UPS cannot confirm when they will be making the delivery again. You are a terrible company with shockingly awful customer service. UPS you are a total embarrassment to the courier / logistics industry. You give your industry a really bad name and you should NOT be in business. Shame on you. I am appalled by your complete disregard to your clients!

Ups were meant to deliver on Monday 17th but said they failed to deliver because no one answered the door, however, I'm home 24/7 and no one knocked on my door or ring my doorbell. I called ups on Monday and inform them of this and they said they will deliver again on Tuesday 18th and I received a tracking order for this delivery for Tuesday 18th, however delivery was not made. I called ups and they informed me that they need 24-hours to make re delivery, therefore, my package would get delivered on Wednesday the 19th. I called Ups on Wednesday and they told me that it is at the access point, so I told them to get it re delivered to a new address, which ups confirmed it will now be sent to the new address and it will take 2 days to do this. I have still not received email confirmation of this redelivery to the new address. I called the company who I bought the item from and they told me that the package is still at the Sunbury access point and will be there until the 27th of January before it can be redelivered.

My daughter ordered an iPad she required a signature at delivery. They put it on my porch never knocked on the door. I was in my mudroom and saw them I opened the door and the driver was walking away , was taking it upon himself to sign for the package, than turned around when I opened the door and said oh yeah this required a signature "I went ahead and signed it". Since when is it acceptable for the driver to sign for packages without even knocking on the door? What would have happened if I wasn't home and he left it on my porch and it got stolen? Absolutely unacceptable!!!!!

So, I am unable to drive due to a siezer on the job. My aunt sent two packages for things that I needed. Two packages mysteriously disappeared at ups partner in enterprise oregon. They said that a label was done for usps so they magically know that their own partner did a label but refuse to help me further saying it usps because now a label was created.. so ups is filled with thieves. Third package the SAME ups partner did the same for a phone that is under a government funded program. Ups said it did not make it because of the holiday for mlk. The label was created 5:58 a.m. on Tuesday the 18th of January. Um...usps is still waiting for the package And it's still not at usps office. I hate ups. They never get things right and will not disclose their partners address so that I can get this fixed. No number no nothing for this partner in enterprise oregon. To ups...you suck and how would you know that your partner did this but will not assist further. I am contacting consumer protection and I am going to go to law enforcement and the ADA. You got paid for a service and no service. I need a phone to contact medical rides and my doctors. I will tare this up and rip you a new one with a law suite in regards to my disability if I do not receive my phone this week....try me!!!!

I've sent envelope with important documents to Poland . They promised to deliver in 3 days, after 12 days waiting.... calling, writing emails, terrible customer service( Polish lady by the way name and surname I know because I have Polish roots!) started to ignoring my emails later!I was told my parcel is in custom! Day after I emailed Custom Agent the same person emailed me that they need my permission to send back documents on my cost! I want my documents back. This is the worst experience ever!!! Do not use they will charge you double and violate your customer rights!

This is the third high value parcel that UPS have either lost or stolen of mine. This parcel was delivered by hand to the Leeds UPS depot. It scanned to Castle Donington and then nothing further. An investigation was opened on the 28th December with a commitment from UPS to provide resolution within 10 days. It has been 19 working days and still nothing. I have provided photographs of the parcel to identify it too. Nothing, the level of incompetence is completely shocking, they assure safe and secure delivery with liability cover however I feel that I have been robbed. UPS cannot be trusted with your delivery, if no acceptable resolution is had then I will make it my mission to let as many people know the truth about UPS to save themselves the financial loss and distress. This loss will make a serious impact to my small business and takes food off the table for my family as I will not be able to pay myself a salary this month due to me having to replace the product for the client. Absolutely dispicable UPS. Someone should do their job and find my parcel !!!

Disappointing unprofessional and rude really and don't blame COVID-19, this happens alot, waited for delivery only to find out that driver said he tried he lied, I sitting in the window waiting driver stuck paper on door and put pkg on porch left was told he would go back he didn't waited bull!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE

2nd year personal vehicle delivery driver , was told I'm not getting my $1000.00 dollar bonus because of a all of the sudden sign date that I didn't see or hear about this year or even last year , funny how things pop up when they are done with you ...

Worst company ever!!! delayed deliveries multiple times over 4 days now, lying agents over the phone and absolute joke of an online tracking system. I am told my delivery is on the way multiple times during the day time window changes and by end of the day o its rescheduled. Most recently tonight by 5 I call to chase my parcel they say it will be delivered by 7 and driver has confirmed its on the way, comes 5:30 status update, delivery rescheduled for next business day AGAIN. I call again they have no idea why and no one seems to bother. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY THAT SHOULD EITHER GET A FULL RETRAINING OF ALL STAFF OR MIGHT AS WELL CLOSE DOWN. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Worse company ever will not recommend this company to nobody send some very important documents to Turks and Caicos that didn’t need a invoice I told them I didn’t need a invoice they insist I did When the person who the documents was to go to told them that the documents didn’t need invoice they emailed me to say they just know my documents didn’t need invoice and they are sorry to tell me my documents get lost in transit is is not good for me as I pay a lot of money to get those documents sign 😡

I can't believe how horrible this company has wound up turning out to be. Between FedEx and UPS they still can't even match Amazon both of them combined and when they're subcontract it out to every order that I've ordered from Amazon has been late because of UPS. It's sad how the two giants have fallen.

I would like to give them a 10 stars but of negative stars, they are very untrustworthy company full of lies, the agents told you something on the phone and later they do whatever they want with your packages. I was expecting a package to be delivered for Friday January 14 if 2022 and I paid to be delivered that specific date and they never delivered on that date, I call the same day at UPS and they told me that they extended the delivery window for Friday before midnight? How have been recieved packages from UPS before midnight? This is a full lie and BS, so I finally got someone on the phone around 10 pm the same friday night and they told me that my package was going to be rescheduled for next day ( saturday January the 15 2022 and they never did, also they promised me that an a supervisor was going to call me Saturday morning and they never did like always, the always lie about that and have been fighting with UPS for the same reason for more than 5 years and I never have recieved a call for any supervisor at all, this company is worthless and all the employees that fallow a script full of BS and lies. This company shouldn't exist anymore they should gofile for a bankruptcy ASAP! I will never recommend this carrie company to any body niven to my worse enemies. Don't ever use then if u want to package to be delivered. Besides that the driver are the worst because they don really care about what is inside the packages and they thru the package over fences careless what is inside that could break.

I ordered cat food through Amazon Prime to get Prime delivery, what I get instead is UPS not delivering my package after 3 days of notification that the next day would be the day. I finally tricked their phone inquiry hurdle system; 3 calls later, into letting me speak with a person. That person stated their name indecipherably 3 times on purpose, as to not be identifiable... then spoke to me in a very broken English ish type of way. They did understand my tracking number and verified my address had been correct, even though the driver was turning in the address as not correct. Customer service also guaranteed that I would receive my starving cats food today (1-15-22). I gave a phone number for contact, if needed. An hour later some dufus called from *******200 stating that it was " impossible" to deliver my package today, yet I could drive to pick it up. He also called my 2nd phone and not the one I gave customer service. It is as possible for me to pick it up, as it is for you to deliver it... it is more professional for you to deliver it and more possible, being it is twice the mileage for me to pick it up. I will be letting Amazon know that my deliveries are never to be made by UPS ever again. Please merge your name with FedEx and Prime to get rid of the circus act known as UPS. Your systems are terrible and you underperform what a group of chimpanzees could do. Start with getting me my package today and fire the dufus who called the wrong number saying that it was " impossible" to deliver today (3 days late).

I send the package and then they lost mine , make me fill the claims for 2 months since now they don’t give me updated don’t return item or money to me ! When I went to the store to complain and they said they have nothing to connect I’m like wow so mad

After 14 DAY an express package from China, couriered via UPS, has managed to get to OSAKA,Japan while my shipping address is on the west Coast of Canada.... The UPS employee I called confirmed the whereabouts saying that Osaka Japan, was "on route " to Canada, that there were no problem... I would probably get may package, maybe next week, sometime... By the time I get it... It will be pretty close to a month since the company shipped the product. AGAIN, why is UPS still in business???

I really would like to give you 0! I paid my customs fees to UPS courier guy £66.92 I then received a letter to pay extra late payment fees £5.35 which I paid regardless. And now I have received another letter stating that I never paid customs fees and I still need to pay £70.82. Careful because I think their couriers are keeping the money for themselves but company doesn’t address the problem. I am a honest person and I am telling the truth. Avoid this company.

I absolutely think they are the worst postal service. I was home everyday they were suppose to deliver. Package shipped from Massachusetts on 11th to alabama had the last notice on the 13th. Saying they came 3 times they lie. Then charge 7.99 for u to go pick it up after u already pay for it to be shipped they are scamming people they are absolutely the worst
