“I think the online chat feature was meh, I love the videos on youtube and expected that type of enthusiasm but was a bit far from it. I got the Tannoy's all the same bc of the I couldn't find them anywhere else, not bc of the sales person at all. I really was excited to have the same experience of your guy on the videos, he's amazing!”

“To many pop-ups, some of which could not be closed on my iPad forcing me to refresh the screen. Every new page had a pop-up, that’s ridiculous. I very nearly went elsewhere I was getting so frustrated. Maybe on a desktop or laptop they would be easier to close, but come on, every single page?”
