“Odd that I could not order these on the phone. It allowed me time to explore other merchants but the Platinum option won me over.(my preamp has a microphonic tendency with certain tubes). I think I heard Kevin say in a review that you don't want to give sound recommendations for tubes any more. Too bad.”

“Had to do checkout on PC. When I initially tried checking out on an iPAD, it kept looping through the Synchrony Financing. Even though the card was validated, it kept going back to the checkout webpage, and the only active button would take you back to the Synchrony Financing page.”

“The Team has done a good job of finding an acceptable solution. I'm not warm and fuzzy concerning having to replace all the binding post ends on two 3.5-year-old Primaluna amps. I realize they are out of warranty, and I only know I've taken care of my belongings. Seems curious that all 16 binding post ends have cracked plastic.”

“Can’t use my Apple Pay, it says “payment failed “, and Apple Card customer service can’t see the declined payment and fix it on their end, have to type in my credit card number to complete my order”
