“The device was in good shape, as described. No issues activating it with my carrier. My only beef is The order took 3-4 days to prepare to ship out which tells me there's not a priority to ship. Otherwise the device is as described. I'd still recommend UpTrade as a reliable market place to find a second hand affordable device.”

“I'm really enjoying my new phone! The multiple photos of the actual phone were the main selling point for me. I appreciate how I could look at exactly the phone I was receiving and the video of them boxing my phone up with my name on the shipping label was an added bonus. I highly recommend this to anybody and I was very comfortable working with them. Lots of communication and no uneasiness at all.”

“I found this company via Google when I wanted to sell an older iPhone 6S. The original offer for the phone was $48 since it was in mint condition. The process of sending in the phone was very easy after registering and answering some basic questions, including free shipping. After a few days, I received a "text" with a Vimeo attached which showed the entire process of them opening the box that was received; unpacking and then inspecting the phone, including turning it on, etc. Very cool and made the process very credible. The kicker is that once they inspected the phone, my offer actually INCREASED to $59.00 since it was an unlocked phone. I trust this company wholeheartedly and commend them on the level of communication throughout the process Highly recommend!!”

“I’m loving the phone so far. It just sucks that I cannot use FaceTime. I believe the phone may have been bought from another country which has a ban on certain apps. Not too sure though”

“I placed an order on July 9, 2020. I received a confirmation on July 9, 2020 at 9.34am. On July 9, 2020 at 11.02am my order had been processed. I have heard nothing back since July 9, 2020. I texted them on Tuesday July 14th at 6.06pm and I have not heard anything about my order. I have called, emailed and texted for the last couple days with no response.”

“I was looking for an iPhone saw these people saw the iPhone I wanted. Talked with them. They were so nice I decided I wanted to get the iPhone it was priced better than anyone I talked to where I lived. And wow two days shipping. “I tried UpTrade to get a used phone for a family member. The first two phones sent to me looked good, but were not operational. One had an issue with the camera (and some other inconsistent issues). I worked with UpTrade to return the phone for a refund and purchased another phone. The second phone also looked good but was not locked to my network as detailed in its description. Again I reached out to a trade and worked with the UpTrade representative to return the second phone for a full refund, and then purchased a third phone. The third phone looked good, was fully operational, and has worked well for us for over four months. Customer service was helpful along the way, but because of the problems with the first two phones, I’m not confident about ordering from Uptrade again at this point.”

“I bought an iphone 7 in excellent condition. I was out of town when it arrived so it sat for 3 weeks before I opened it. The packaging was legit, it looked sterilized. But when I opened it there were crumbs all over it which i thought was weird and it had a few more scratches then were listed and expected from an excellent condition rated phone. The phone itself functions properly so no complaints there except after using it for only a couple weeks, the battery doesn't hold a charge anymore. And of course letting it sit for 3 weeks and using for 2 put me past the 30 day return policy so I didn't even try to return. I've never used uptrade before so I don't know if it's them or if this is just what happens when buying used even when spending a little extra to get a phone in better condition. ..................Update................. After writing my review above ^, I received an email from Uptrade informing me that a supervisor would be contacting me shortly to try and remedy my experience. It has been over 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for that supervisor to contact me. What a joke.”

“I’m an extremely paranoid person and was very skeptical of Uptrade at first especially because of some low reviews months ago but they sent a video of my phone being packaged and I received it in a week. Even when I sent an email concerned they responded within a day. Great website if you’re looking for a refurbished phone one I bought said it had 100% battery capacity and no lie. Basically got a new iPhone 7 with the cosmetic mentions being nearly invisible. Highly recommend this website above all others if you find a good deal.”
