“Positive - - Once they get the phone they inspect it pretty quickly (within 5 days) - Give you a video of the unboxing so you know exactly the condition they received it in - Quick customer service response time Negative - - Shipping options are SLOW. I sent mine with their prepaid FedEx label on 9/26 and they didn't receive it until 10/4 - If you select the PayPal option they will have YOU pay the fee for getting your money so be aware that the amount they quoted you won't be the amount you receive because it will be less the PayPal fees. Would be nice if they included that on their website.”

“The best trade in site I've used. They called me to check on the shipment. They provided a video of the item being opened and issued an eCheck within the hour. It was the best price relative to it's competitors as well.”

“I am SO please with my experience!! I did not know if I was going to be taken advantage of, and I was very worried about shipping my phone to a random address in Texas. Well, let me tell you, not only was I provided tracking for the entire experience, I also got an email with a video of them opening my package and inspected it. 10 mins later I had money in my PayPal account. I am beyond please with the service that I received!!!!”

“This was the easiest service I've used to get cash for a used phone. I received the the same amount I would have received had I sold on eBay, considering eBay & PayPal fees & shipping. I was able to track my package and received an unboxing video as soon as the company received it. I was also paid the same day the company received the phone. Excellent experience.”

“UpTrade was awesome! In one week I completed the online form, shipped my phone and received payment! Plus I received videos throughout the process once the phone was received. That made me feel more confident that nothing was going to happen to my phone. I couldn’t be more satisfied with UpTrade and the whole process. Thank you!!”
