“I have had a withdrawal request submitted for 16 days now and it has not been approved. It is not for thousands of dollars but it is money that is mine and is now needed for other purposes. I have e-mailed support and Senior Account Managers Daniel Fischer and Andrew Shelby only to be ignored. Support give me the same repetitive robot message about passing on message and getting back to me which never happens. “Very friendly at first but this changes very quickly once you decide not to invest large amounts of money. When I said no to investing more money, both "account Managers", if you can call them that, stopped calling or responding to my emails. When you call the number they have listed, no one answers and when you email their legal team and customer service team they don't respond either. I have been trying to withdrawl the money I had deposited for trading and they are not approving this. All I want is to part ways and get my money back. PLEASE, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.
