“We purchased a sofa because from Urban Natural Home. Our adult children sleep on it when they visit. We have slept on one in their home. It is very comfortable, whether closed for seating or open for sleeping. The delivery of the sofa went very smoothly. The delivery people were very respectful if our home and property. I highly recommend Urban Natural Home and their products for quality and professionalism. The sofa-bed arrived when promised.”

“Urban Natural is one of the few stores remaining that has old-fashioned customer service. They were very helpful with fabric/leather samples, answered my questions before placing an order, and followed through with the delivery of our furniture. We are very pleased!”

“I placed an order for this lamp. Two weeks later was told it’s out of stock. Ok. So I waited 1 month to check in to see if it had been restocked. It’s now $1000 more than before! WOW! From price $1250 ish to $2300! So disappointed. I can appreciate price going up. All things are. BUT DOUBLE 👎👎👎”

“Hoping to actually get our order. We ordered 2 sofas in July 2021 and the ETA is March 2022. And they’re holding our money because we paid in full not realizing it would take this long. Not happy so far.”

Hi Beth, Thank you for your feedback. Because of supply chain issues, raw material delays, and labor issues, Cisco Home's production lead times have been extended to approximately 36-40 weeks for every order. I know long lead times are frustrating for you, we are equally frustrated and wish we could get your sofas to you ASAP. I can assure you, you will get your furniture, but we cannot control the manufacturer's supply chain. “Urban Natural home was delightful to work with in ordering a couch where we were providing the fabric. The gunner couch design was the permit fit for our needs. There was a small problem with not enough fill in the back pillows...once we identified the problem, they made adjustments to meet our expectations. I would give them 5 stars for quality and service.”

“Ali and Christin were great at every turn and could not have been more helpful in answering our long list of questions, including in-depth inquiries regarding all materials, sources and manufacturing processes. They were extremely knowledgeable and happily reached out to manufacturers when they didn't and the perfect blend of personable and professional! When a problem arose, Ali responded immediately to correct the issue. Thank you, Ali and Christin, and we love our new Berkley Madison mattress and pillows! We just wish we new about Urban Natural before we bought our new sofa last year.”

“My experience with Urban Natural was great! Quality of the furniture and customer service is awesome. I deducted one star for delivery. The delivery company they are associated with in NJ are okay at best. The delivery guys were in a hurry. They did not want to put the bed together till I forced them as I had paid for white glove delivery. When they started putting it together, they refused to remove their shoes in our home or wear protective covering over their shoes. They just wanted to finish it off and leave. It left a bitter taste unfortunately. The bed itself seems to be of great quality. I hope to use it for years to come.”
