“Hoping to actually get our order. We ordered 2 sofas in July 2021 and the ETA is March 2022. And they’re holding our money because we paid in full not realizing it would take this long. Not happy so far.”

Hi Beth, Thank you for your feedback. Because of supply chain issues, raw material delays, and labor issues, Cisco Home's production lead times have been extended to approximately 36-40 weeks for every order. I know long lead times are frustrating for you, we are equally frustrated and wish we could get your sofas to you ASAP. I can assure you, you will get your furniture, but we cannot control the manufacturer's supply chain. “Urban Natural is THE BEST for superior quality items, excellent customer service and the smoothest process from ordering to delivery. “Urban Natural home was delightful to work with in ordering a couch where we were providing the fabric. The gunner couch design was the permit fit for our needs. There was a small problem with not enough fill in the back pillows...once we identified the problem, they made adjustments to meet our expectations. I would give them 5 stars for quality and service.”

“Ali and Christin were great at every turn and could not have been more helpful in answering our long list of questions, including in-depth inquiries regarding all materials, sources and manufacturing processes. They were extremely knowledgeable and happily reached out to manufacturers when they didn't and the perfect blend of personable and professional! When a problem arose, Ali responded immediately to correct the issue. Thank you, Ali and Christin, and we love our new Berkley Madison mattress and pillows! We just wish we new about Urban Natural before we bought our new sofa last year.”

“My experience with Urban Natural was great! Quality of the furniture and customer service is awesome. I deducted one star for delivery. The delivery company they are associated with in NJ are okay at best. The delivery guys were in a hurry. They did not want to put the bed together till I forced them as I had paid for white glove delivery. When they started putting it together, they refused to remove their shoes in our home or wear protective covering over their shoes. They just wanted to finish it off and leave. It left a bitter taste unfortunately. The bed itself seems to be of great quality. I hope to use it for years to come.”

“With the pandemic in full swing, we took a chance and ordered a beautiful bedroom set from Urban Natural. I was a little apprehensive because the pictures were beautiful but I couldn't feel the quality of the wood or the upholstery. Delivery took several months because of the closures and manufacturing slow down from COVID, but it was well worth the wait. The furniture exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier with the set. Ali was very helpful through out the process...from ordering through delivery. I will definitely purchase from Urban Natural again!”

“I ordered my couch in August and it had an expected delivery date of October. The current expected delivery date is March. The website states that they will email you throughout the process to track your order. I have had to reach out multiple times to receive any type of response which is usually just to tell me they have delayed it further. I’m disappointed in their emails as they do not even feel apologetic in their responses and pass blame to other companies. I wish that their customer service was at the same quality as their product.”

We do sincerely apologize for the delays you are experiencing with your furniture order. We should have been better at communicating delays with you. Cisco Brothers is located Los Angeles, where your sofa is currently being made, is experiencing a surge in COVID-19 cases. The workshop is at a 50% capacity and has experienced multiple closures for health and safety protocols. We have no control over this. We are not trying to pass blame on anyone. “The service was fabulous, and the communication and customer service was something that is sorely lacking in today’s society. I highly Reccomended shopping with then. Delivery of my sofa was earlier than promised and came off without a single problem. The price was $1,000.00 less for the same sofa than I could find anywhere, even in my own city with delivery across town!”
