“I was able to take advantage of their moving sale to buy a beautiful floor sample Cisco Home sectional sofa. The team was helpful in addressing a slight bend in one of the metal legs before the sofa was delivered. The delivery was fast and on time, and the sofa was perfect!`”

“The ship time was very very long. Longer then advertised. Coordinating with UN’s shipping carrier was tedious. I found the UN’s customer service rep that was assigned to my order to be very rude and negatively impacted my experience. I would not recommend them and I won’t be a returning customer. With that said, the coffee table I bought was as described and well made.”

“I’m so glad to have found this wonderful store. It is off the beaten path outside Bloomfield and I felt a great vibe of quality and design from the moment I walked in the door. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the prices were reasonable. As a matter of fact there was a good selection of floor models at discounted prices. The delivery of my couch was fast and I love it!”

“I ordered a pair of Thayer Coggin chairs from Urban Natural and had a great experience. First, Urban Natural was the only website that had good descriptions and pictures of the various chair models and fabric samples. It was better than Thayer Coggin's site. Second, Urban Natural provided a large number of fabric samples at no cost. When I was ready to purchase the chairs, my designer talked to a representative of a local furniture store who told her that I should get the chairs from Urban Natural because the store could not come close the price. The Chairs arrived a month early and the white glove delivery was excellent.”

“I had made many purchases before and loved the work, which was beautifully handcrafted with care. So, I ordered another Eastvold credenza. However, this latest credenza had uneven shelving, which was left that after white-glove delivery without a word. I had to call and get someone to remedy the situation. The response was to even out the shelving. But, now I have many more holes in the credenza that expected, the doors have a slight gap, and the book-matching is off. Plus my floor was left a mess after drilling new holes. No one called to see if I was satisfied. I am still disappointed and I look at the credenza every day with sadness. It was an expensive purchase, and I should have had a complete replacement offer or at least discount for a subpar piece of furniture. Very displeased.”

“I like the selection of products, but when I bought 2 pieces of Luonto furniture the store was advertising 10% off, however, Luonto was excluded . Naturally I asked if Luonto ever goes on sale so I could wait and take advantage of the savings. I was told Luonto never goes on sale by the sales woman and got the speech about inventory delays for months if I didn’t order soon. The next month Luonto was discounted 10% and there have been several Luonto sales last year. When I spoke to the manager about that, I was simply brushed off. I felt taken advantage of by the store. It was my first experience and left me disappointed. I just retired and moved across the country to be closer to family. The savings would have come in handy.”

When you ordered in April of last year, it is certainly true that we were having inventory delays and promotions from our workshop partners were very sparse. “Since I live very far from Bloomfield, NJ, and have a household of furniture from Urban Natural (rugs, tables, chairs, sleeper sofa, office furniture, etc.) it is needless for me to vociferate about Ali and the store because I put my money where my mouth is! I love Urban Natural even though I can't afford to get everything I want.”
