Please DO NOT work with this company. We had a very expensive couch delivered to us. The cover material immediately began to pill, and the sofa was so uncomfortable. We had to jump through so many hoops to get them to even pay attention. We waited for new cover material, and waited...and finally they said, Okay we will give you a refund. Now of course, deliver truck is coming and no refund until they get the couch back. RUN!!!!!

Hi, I can certainly understand the frustration of a product not meeting your expectations. Pilling is something that does happen with particular fabrics used in certain ways or applications. We worked with Rowe, the manufacturer of this sofa, right away to try to do our best to get this resolved for you. This sofa is part of their in stock, quick ship collection, meaning that they have sold hundreds of these frames in this particular fabric, so they were surprised and trying to figure out the issue with the fabric mill. They did not move as quickly to resolve as we wanted them to either, so we, Urban Natural, gave you the option to return the sofa which you accepted. The sofa has been picked up by the delivery team and once that was confirmed, we issued you a full refund. If you'd like to discuss this further you can reach out to me directly at 201-330-1212. Hi, We know it can be really frustrating when orders get delayed. Your piece did not pass quality control in the factory and had to be re-made. We're very sorry for the delay and inconvenience and operations team has been pushing the factory every day for updates and to push the order out the door as soon as possible. Hi Gail! You ordered a lovely large round wood tray from Ethnicraft from us back in November around Black Friday! I know that's a busy shopping time so things can get lost in the shuffle. I placed an order for this lamp. Two weeks later was told it’s out of stock. Ok. So I waited 1 month to check in to see if it had been restocked. It’s now $1000 more than before! WOW! From price $1250 ish to $2300! So disappointed. I can appreciate price going up. All things are. BUT DOUBLE 👎👎👎

I ordered my couch in August and it had an expected delivery date of October. The current expected delivery date is March. The website states that they will email you throughout the process to track your order. I have had to reach out multiple times to receive any type of response which is usually just to tell me they have delayed it further. I’m disappointed in their emails as they do not even feel apologetic in their responses and pass blame to other companies. I wish that their customer service was at the same quality as their product.

We do sincerely apologize for the delays you are experiencing with your furniture order. We should have been better at communicating delays with you. Cisco Brothers is located Los Angeles, where your sofa is currently being made, is experiencing a surge in COVID-19 cases. The workshop is at a 50% capacity and has experienced multiple closures for health and safety protocols. We have no control over this. We are not trying to pass blame on anyone. Extremely displeased, which is unfortunate because PREVIOUS experiences with this company have been outstanding! This last order, although uncomplicated has taken well over 3 months and counting! In MY opinion, this is NOT the way to treat a returning EXCELLENT customer!
