“Had to wait and age for Hedon to send stock to Urban Rider but when the stock was there it was handled promptly. My advice check with Urban on stock/restocking times.
Postage costs too rather expensive to Inverness.”

“The site is simple but effective. As the saying goes, "Less is More." I was able to browse easily and find what i was looking for. Product information and sizing can easily be found. Finishing your transactions is pain free which is always a plus. I have to say though that i wish that the product reviews were consistent throughout the site as quite a number of products were missing this. “Once I decided which helmet I wanted it was a quick and simple buying process followed by a fast delivery which took less than 2 days to arrive at my door!!! Helmet came in perfect condition with no damage plus a free Built magazine, sweet! I will be purchasing from Urban Rider again the future!”
“The selection of my Builtwell Helmet and payment on line was easy, the delivery and timed arrival was superb. The helmet packaging was flimsy and I was concerned the helmet would be scratched but luckily it wasn't. The fit and detail on the helmets is very good. I noted a tiny paint imperfection or manufacturing indentation on the helmet which I took pictures of and contacted Laurens at Urban Rider, who quickly sent my pictures to BUILTWELL. They have offered to take the helmet back and exchange for a new one although they have assured me it will not effect the protection the helmet offers. And Urban Rider have offered 10% off any other transaction in store, which is most kind. Sadly I cannot take up Builtwells offer of exchange, as I had to take time off work to await delivery of the helmet and cannot do so again for some time due pressures of work and in the meanwhile I am using the helmet daily.
I have everything at the moment I need in motorcycle gear but I would buy Builtwell again and I will purchase from Urban Rider when I need something.

“I spend a lot of time researching good riding goggles. I decided on the Aviator pilot goggles because they were designed for an open faced helmet rather than adapted from motocross. I also really did not like the construction of some of the Italian offerings which seem more like a leather pad fixed with glasses on the top. I have found that Aviator fits really well for me and provide excellent ventilation and comfort. I am very pleased with this purchase. Thanks Urban Rider for a great product and service.
