I purchased the glitter flip and while the package was in transit to my home it got turned around and returned to sender. I've tried contacting Ciate multiple times with no response, they still took the money from my bank acct and going on 2 weeks later I still do not have my product and have not had any communication from the company. This absolutely ridiculous.

I'm actually trying to return it because the color it's not the same as it was online. I got nude and it came up more of a brown color instead of a pinkish color. I'm still waiting for someone to contact me back to help me with the return process.

This was my very first purchase from the company. I have been excited for the Jessica Rabbit collection to launch as I collect Jessica items. I purchased the JR eyeshadow palette along with a nail polish. I received my items but the palette had a shadow broken. I contacted the company last week with the info that it came broken. They responded and asked for a picture and said they would replace it once they received the photo. I responded with the photo of the broken palette and asked what else they may need to process the replacement. It has now been over a week and no response AT ALL. I have emailed 4 more times asking for confirmation that they received my email with the photo of the broken palette.... no response. NONE. There are no phone numbers listed on their websites or emails.... so I am now out the money that I spent on the eyeshadow palette and have absolutely NO remedy at all. Avoid this company at all costs, unless you like to be ignored. I have never had such a horrible customer service experience in my life.

My order was placed on 4/20 and still haven’t received anything 10 days later. Very disappointing customer service.

Ordered my purchase on 4/20/18, received an email on 4/22/19 stating my items have been shipped. I signed up for package tracking. I noticed as of 4/28/19 I still hadn’t had any updates past the label has been created in Union, NJ. I know I didn’t pay for express shipping or anything but typically even standard usps is 5-7 business days. I sent customer service an email worried that my package might be lost seeing as six days later it’s still just a label on my tracking.. I haven’t received a response back yet but received an email asking to rate my most recent purchase. I wish I could rate the products but sadly I have yet to receive them.

The end of the applicator was non-existant. The product was dry and felt like cracked paint once applied. The colors were completely off base. Epic fail. Beyond disappointed ~ when I reached out I was offered 20% off my next purchase?? 🤬🤬🤬🤬👎👎👎

I placed my order on 3/2/19 & my credit card was charged that same day. I got an email saying that I would be notified once my order had shipped. A full week later, I never got a confirmation email & had to reach out to customer service myself. I didn't get a response until 3/11 saying they would look into it, and finally on 3/15, I got a response saying they couldn't ship to my home address which I've never had a problem with. I verified that I had typed my address in correctly, but it still didn't work, so I provided them with a new address on 3/19. I had to follow up 3 more times before I finally got confirmation on 3/25 that the new address worked in their system. I got my order on 3/28 - a full 26 days from when they charged me (not the 2 day shipping I was promised) & with me having to reach out 8 different times to customer service. I love the products but they are not worth this hassle.

Never received my products! Someone named Julia contacted me from US sales and she said she was going to send a new order because it looks like my order got lost in the mail. SHE NEVER DID! I will contact my bank to start a fraud investigation on your behalf so i can get my money back. This was my first and My last time ordering from you. Horrible customer service. Maria Skipka

Would give none. Been over two weeks with no update to my shipping status. I emailed customer service LAST WEEK no response but then got an email asking for my review. I just want my money back

Lip stain has dull color. Once glitter is activated it ends up on skin completely around lips. Very unattractive. Only way to remove was with make up remover. Extremely difficult to remove ALL the glitter. Quality of product is poor. Would not recommend.

I ordered the Glitter Flip and was very disappointed with the color and the way it settled on my lips. They were very dry and did not have much of a shine.
