“I cannot wait to buy more ciate London products!! I am completely obsessed with your eye shadows and I cannot wait to try your nail polishes. The customer service department is outstanding!! Five stars for the product and five stars for customer service. Recently, bought my daughter two glitter flip lipsticks and one of the applicators was messed up. I messaged customer service, and they asked for a picture. I sent them a picture, and they took care of it immediately. Sent a new glitter flip dark red to my daughter along with the highlighter. She was ecstatic!! Absolutely in love with this product!!!”

“I purchased the glitter flip and while the package was in transit to my home it got turned around and returned to sender. I've tried contacting Ciate multiple times with no response, they still took the money from my bank acct and going on 2 weeks later I still do not have my product and have not had any communication from the company. This absolutely ridiculous.”

“I bought two glitter flips colors iconic and trouble. I tried them both and loved the pigment and love how they flip to glitter. Make sure you have a good makeup remover for taking them off. They came in within a good amount of time didn't wait to long for them.”

“I loved the color and the glitter delivered. The lipstick does not last very long. I bought the color for upcoming party. It will be fun to wear. Just don't think it will hold up to eating or drinking. I tried it yesterday and it came off pretty quickly without eating or drinking. Color is pretty and I love the glitter effect”
