“This was my very first purchase from the company. I have been excited for the Jessica Rabbit collection to launch as I collect Jessica items. I purchased the JR eyeshadow palette along with a nail polish. I received my items but the palette had a shadow broken. I contacted the company last week with the info that it came broken. They responded and asked for a picture and said they would replace it once they received the photo. I responded with the photo of the broken palette and asked what else they may need to process the replacement. It has now been over a week and no response AT ALL. I have emailed 4 more times asking for confirmation that they received my email with the photo of the broken palette.... no response. NONE. There are no phone numbers listed on their websites or emails.... so I am now out the money that I spent on the eyeshadow palette and have absolutely NO remedy at all. Avoid this company at all costs, unless you like to be ignored. I have never had such a horrible customer service experience in my life.”

“How am I suppose to leave a positive review if I still haven’t even received my products? I paid for them, yet I’m still waiting for my products. A 10% discount only if I buy more products is suppose to make me happy for not receiving my first order?”

“Ordered my purchase on 4/20/18, received an email on 4/22/19 stating my items have been shipped. I signed up for package tracking. I noticed as of 4/28/19 I still hadn’t had any updates past the label has been created in Union, NJ. I know I didn’t pay for express shipping or anything but typically even standard usps is 5-7 business days. I sent customer service an email worried that my package might be lost seeing as six days later it’s still just a label on my tracking.. I haven’t received a response back yet but received an email asking to rate my most recent purchase. I wish I could rate the products but sadly I have yet to receive them.”

“This is my second purchase. I’ve ordered the glitter flip lipstick before and I love them. It came quickly and so far no complaints and look forward to ordering more products. It was also a nice surprise to get the sample of the “glow to highlighter” in with my order too!”

“I was so excited to try the new glitter flip liquid lipstick but unfortunately I did not like the color undressed when I swatched it. However the application and pigment was great. Since I used it and can not do an exhange...I would love to order another color. When I can make another purchase maybe I will try whisper.”

“Just recently got a sample of the loose setting powder and purchased a full size because I’m obsessed. The powder is amazing and definitely the bet I’ve tried ! No flashback at all and doesn’t leave tour face looking white ! Love it !!!”

“This company is amazing! I recently ordered the Jessica Rabbit ciate glitter flip lipstick, and it is amazing not only did it arrive super fast but they also enclosed a free product of a highlighter that I am just in love with. This definitely will not be my last purchase their products are amazing so is their customer service”

“I ordered the Jessica Rabbit glitter lipstick and was SO disappointed that it leaves an orange-y cast on my lips (not the most flattering look for my skin tone). I would return it but Ciate doesn't accept items that have been tried on (which seems ridiculous considering there was no way to know how it would look on me beforehand). Lesson learned: I will not be ordering from Ciate again. :(”
