“Please don’t waste your money. This product arrived with a application brush that is jagged and painful to the touch of the lips.The color was dull and not as shiny as the photos online.I thought I had gotten a defective lipstick so I asked for a replacement however Their replacement was exactly the same. I am waiting for a refund at the moment. This is been a waste of money and time. Buyer beware”

“I always hate buying new lipstick because it never looks as good on me as it does online. I bought Crush and it is beautiful but Forbidden is way to dark for me. I wanted to return it but it says it cannot be opened, how would I know if I liked it if I didn't open it? So I'm out of luck with this one. Crush is very pretty but I doubt I'll try another color since I cannot return it.”

“I believe the brand is an excellent brand. The prices aren't bad at all. And I love that the shipping is fast. The only thing I don't like is when you order something and if you don't like the color for instance foundation because it doesn't match you, you can't return it like you can at Sephora. It would be nice if you could return it and be able to either get you're money back, or do an exchange, or store credit. That's the only thing that makes me think twice about ordering from them.”
