“Really disappointed with my first time ordering from Ciate London. They sent the wrong items in my order. Instead of the Glitter Storm palette and the Dewy Stix I ordered, I got a mascara and 2 mini nail polishes. I wrote to customer service several times, but there has been no response. I wanted to wear the Glitter Storm palette to holiday parties, so the poor customer service is really disappointing.”

“I was so excited to receive this product. I tried it on as soon as I got it and boy was I disappointed. First off the colors are ugly, they stain your face and are extremely drying. The applicator is awful and makes it difficult to apply. And the glitter flip was a joke and I couldn’t tell the difference and I followed the directions. Won’t be getting this product again. What a waste of money.”

“Terrible. I was really excited to try the glitter matte lipstick but once it dries and you press your lips together, there is barely any sparkle to it. If you are looking for a glittery lipstick...look somewhere else!”

“I ordered to glitter flip lipsticks and a chrome nail polish. I recieved the email indicating when my order was shipped and delivered but the package was never actually delivered. I've sent an email indicating this and a week later still haven't even gotten a reply. I'd really like my order as it was for a gift or at the very least know what happened to it.”

“I have received my package from Ciate London and the bronzer in Palm Island is not included in my package. I only received the bronzer in South Beach and the highlighter in Starburst in the package. Also, the highlighter in Starburst shattered and is broken in pieces. I am very disappointed with my order. I will be out of town for a weeks and will not be home to accept future packages. I have been writing emails back and forth with Ciate to try to resolve this issue. Ciate stated that they do not provide return shipping labels and will be reshipping the the bronzer in Palm Island and highlighter in Starburst. Again, I do not want the bronzer in Palm Island and highlighter in Starburst to be reshipped. I will be out of the country and will not be home to accept the delivery. Also, I am very unhappy with your customer service and will be returning both the highlighter in Starburst and bronzer in South Beach. Since it is the company's error, I should not be liable for the return shipping label. I am requesting a full refund for my order plus the refund for the bronzer in Palm Island, which was not delivered to me. I will also be filing a chargeback with my credit card.”
