“My IT support, Saif, was extremely helpful, highly knowledgeable and very efficient when helping me to get the sim card to work in my phone!!! I definitely could not have done it without him!! He was patient and encouraging. To be honest, this was probably one of the best interactions I have had with support with ANY other company!!!! THANK YOU SEIF!!!!!”

“USMobile is a solid company. The calibre of the representatives is by far the best. A special shout out to Areeb Irfan - he is amazing! very polite and professional. Even though his shift was over, he stayed on to ensure that all my issues were fixed!”

“I wasn't receiving texts on my phone and ended up calling US Mobile to troubleshoot. A kind man named Nobel answered my call within seconds and walked me through, very efficiently, how to reset and change some settings before I got a flood of texts. The problem was solved and it was a pleasant experience!”

Ammar is the type of person who can take your company to greater heights than anyone can imagine. “I wanted to transfer my number to a different plan, I was working with Nobel, he did a great job of working with me, I am not great with a computer of the phone, Nobel did a great job in walking me thru the process.”

“I was in the process of adding a new line as well as transferring a number to US Mobile. I was kind of lost. I called to seek help. Ahsan answered the call. He guided me step by step to get the job done. He was very patient. He took time to explain the process and instruct me what to do. He thought of everything. He provided all the necessary information. He was also very considerate. He went above and beyond to make it simple and save me time. Ahsan's effort and kindness is deeply appreciated.”

“My new phone pixel 5 broke today and I tried to use my very old phone. Faisal is extremely patient in helping me to use the old phone. He took over 1.5h making the old phone usable”
