I was very appreciative of Haroon Majeed helping me getting logged into U S Mobile and getting my account settings where it needed to be. He helped solve a problem I have had for months and he was very determined and was not going to give up until everything was resolved. It was resolved. Great! Thank You Haroon Majeed

I initially had problems setting up my Samsung S21+ phone on the Warp 5G network getting mobile data and MMS to work at the same time. I spent hours online trying to solve the problem myself but a phone call to customer support and with Ali Ghazanfar's help we fixed it in minutes!

The customer service representative was very calm, respectful and patient. I took a very long time and he guided and helped me the whole was through the process until my problem was solved. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to your company cause of him. Thank you Vissam !

NOBEL should get a Nobel Prize exemplifying how to provide excellent customer service. His patience was only outdone by his kindness. Many thanks to US Mobile and Nobel for assisting me through this complex situation

Nobel, Nobel, Nobel...all I gotta say right now is...Give him a pay raise!! ...and maybe his own customer service department and that's the one I'll be calling from now on. Check my call recording from today (20 May) for details. I'll write another review after implementing some of his recommendations. Until then, cheers!

My phone wouldn't allow me to make outgoing calls to a number of people or businesses. When I called US Mobile, the gentleman who answered the phone was so helpful. He told me what to do and helped fix my phone. He even followed up with a later call to ensure my service was still working. I really appreciate having someone so sincere working with me to resolve my issue. Give Hussane a raise! He is awesome!

I have to say that if it wasn't for Shahroz Latif We would not have pursued this further. We tried to go from Verizon to US Mobile 2 months ago but they were out of the phone I needed for me and my mom. 2.5 months later still out, so I had to purchase one from bay. And working with the 3 people we worked with before Shahroz was a nightmare. Hang ups and the lady before Shahroz was terrible and lied about what we could get on the service. Shahroz SAVED the day and assured us we could still get it and the set up and activation of all 4 of our phones with him was a wonderful experience. Even with the couple problems that came up he called us back twice and made sure all was well. 4 working phones at a reasonable rate. THANK YOU SHAHROZ for all your wonderful help, patients and time to get us up and running with US Mobile. GOOD BY VERIZON!!! LOL

We switched to US Mobile because of the price, but have been BLOWN AWAY by the quality of the Customer Service. Because our prior carrier was delaying the pouring of our numbers we were without phone service for 4 days. USM agent Nobel walked me through activating our phone. He patiently took me step by step through replacing the SIM card and made sure every aspect of the phone service was working before He ended the call. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND US Mobile. Come for the price. Stay for the service!!

My phone cannot receive calls since I started to use it. Ms. Ghazanfar Ali helped me step by step figuring out how things work and tried her best to solve the problem. We finally solved the problem. When I heard her beautiful voice from my phone, I felt so happy. She is patient, with great expertise and supportive. Thank you for Ghazanfar and her colleagues Elson and Selnen as well, who also tried to help with great patience.Thank you for your wonderful team!

This is a great company that uses horizon service. I was on hold three times and each time for less than 15 seconds before I got a qualified agent. Tonight I got Syed. Five star support he treated me very kindly and I am very happy with us Mobile support and Syed is a credit to his company
