Omema was very helpful in walking me through the transfer of my flip phone number to an old Iphone. It sounds simple but in this case, it wasn't, at least for me. USmobile has great customer service.

I have used US Mobile for several years. It's been great as I could choose my plan that fits me and top off when I use a little bit more. Over the years rates and plans magically seem to get better and better as they've started to streamline their services. But no matter the change, the customer service has always been stellar. A CSR rep was able to ship me a new SIM card after my other no longer worked (I was overseas for a year). The new SIM card came 1.5 days earlier than expected. After I waited 24 hours to reactivate my account I got in touch with Omema via chat, he came through and pushed my activation along and it's like I never left. Thanks to everyone at US Mobile for being rockstars! Happy Holidays to you and your family.

I was interested in the unlimited all plan, bit through FAQ found there was a add on cost for using this plan as a hotspot. I could find no data about the cost of this add on at the USMobile.com website, so I chatted online with Qirat. It took a few questions to get started, but Qirat was able to answer all of my questions and send me an email transcript with the quoted costs that included taxes and fees.

I am very happy with my US Mobile service. Not only are their prices great, their Customer Service is outstanding. I had an issue with my Debit Card so I chatted with Omema, customer service rep, and he went above and beyond to come up with a solution. I have used other Cell Service providers before but you can't beat the cost and dependability of US Mobile and their Customer Service is next to none. I left my last cell provider due to horrible Customer Service but I have finally found a home with US Mobile. I highly recommend them! 👍 👍

The service to get my phone activated seemed to have a glitch so they escalated my situation up to another level quickly. Everyone I spoke with and did online chat with was professional and very polite. When I spoke with the support team member Haroon and he had me restart everything I realized I made an error as I put the sim card in. Haroon was so polite and understanding of my error. The phone worked correctly and quickly after that. Thank you for hiring and training your people well.

During a short period, I did try Republic Wireless, Tello, and finally US Mobile. For all reasons, US Mobile is the best. First, they use Verizon, and T-Mobile (Verizon is the best). Second, I have 2.5 GB that takes much longer time comparatively to 0 data from republic wireless. Tello has very good customer service, but Sprint phone voice quality is the worse. Voice mail service is good in both US Mobile and Republic, Tello is not good. Seriously, this the company of dream: price, service and quality.

No complaints here after 11 months of service at an excellent price. Would recommend to anyone over Sprint, AT&T, Verizon, etc. 👌

I call into US Mobile quite a bit, and I am always ASTOUNDED at their level of service. Yesterday I worked with Adil and he was SO helpful. I hope US Mobile is paying him millions cause he deserves it.
