Thank you so much to Saha, she was the most patient and helpful person that I've spoken to in years from any company and I sincerely mean that. She walked me through every step of a confusing phone-sim transfer situation that I was clearly upset about but she was complete and utter professional the whole over an hour conversation even when I started to get upset she still talked to me with a calm voice never once raising her voice. Thank you Saha !

I had a difficult time transacting a transfer of my number from one carrier to US Mobile. I am "technologically challenged" due to age, but it was very difficult to accomplish this. The "live chat" took 20 minutes to instruct me to redo the application . I went through this process three times and still had no verification that I was connected. Very frustrating!

Hi, I spoke to Ahsan Ejaz on 03/14/2023. While it did take us a while to solve the problem, he was helpful and instructive. Unfortunately, it was a problem on US Mobile's end as my plan had not yet been enabled. Ahsan contacted US mobile's internal support who activated the line for us. After the support call, my mobile data was activated successfully, solving the problem I had.

So, today, I had the good fortune of communicating my cellular concerns with US Mobile tech Ghazanfar Ali. Not only did he know exactly how to remedy my concerns but, his patience, and kindness was most appreciated! Well done!!

I just got off the phone with a very professional individual his name was ‘’Zakria Farooqi’’ who helped me port my number to another company. I called in to cancel my services with Usmobile because my number was acive with verizon through my work but Zakria was never ready to cancel the services because he kept saying that the number is still with Usmobile which frustrated me as i being the customer or owner of the number was ready to cancel the services and why would he not accept my choice but that all changed when we got to the end of the call. He asked me to call verizon which is my new carrier through my work and confirm from them if port was completed and if this number is active with them which i did and they said the same thing again which made me more angry on Zakria so i called back AGAIN to cancel my services and deleting the account but he was not ready to cancel the services one more time and I requested for a supervisor (On & off it was 2-3 hours conversation) he said if I’m comfortable in a conference call so he can speak to the verizon reps and clear this confusion to which i agreed and when we got connected he got us tranferred to the porting team of verizon and turns out what that the port never got completed and they conpleted it then while Zakria was on the call. If only there was a person who didn’t know about this and would have canceled the services i would have lost my work phone number. Hats off to you Zakria on your exceptional knowlede and ability to think and study about this case i am having short of words now to say how professional you were even when i was angry. You were listening to me the whole time and never got rude that shows your attitude and character. (This is my first time writing this long review and it looks more like an email but anyways) You were brilliant/rockstar/knowledgeable/kindest/understandable and what not. I wish you the best of luck.

I was genuinely so close to dropping US Mobile until the wonderful Iqra Muhammad stepped in to help solve my problem! She calmly guided me through the steps when my MMS wasn't working properly and now it is all functioning fine. LEGEND.

Sherbano is extremely patient, diligent and shows high level of commitment in owning customer problems. She went out of the way trying all the options available in her bag checking around to have an issue fixed related to my phone’s connectivity. She not only saved a new customer from losing forever, infact helped cement US mobile brand name In my mind for ‘customer service’
