Nida stayed with me till porting and activation problems were resolved, tried all different ways till she resolved the issues, wonderful asset to the company. If it wasnโ€™t for her help I would have ported out.

I had no service at the end of my trial period. I called US Mobile and was helped by Syid Ihsaan. He politely listened, patiently walked me through the steps I needed to take and quickly fixed the problem. Thank you Syid. Thank you US Mobile.

Just got off the phone with Bilal who went above in beyond in not only helping me reestablish service but payment, auto pay and the correct plan which was a legacy plan no longer avaailable. Ive worked for Cingular, Voicestream and when it changed to Tmobile as well as Tmobile corporate and know first hand good customer service. Bilal provided that unquestionablely and then some. A great experience that added more value to the impression I have of the company. Thank you!

I saw other positive reviews for US Mobile from YouTube. I purchased their service and was very impressed by the excellent quality of their customer service. Their chat line was quick; you can also reach them by calling, which is rare for an MVNO. Each customer service rep I spoke to (and dealt with over chat) was responsive, knowledgable and very courteous. I want to especially call out Mr. Ahsan Iqbal who went above and beyond excellent and courteous customer service to make sure my service was working properly! Thank you so much Ahsan for your patience and showing me step-by-step how to fix my issues! I really appreciate you taking extra time to work with a non-IT person like me. I hope your supervisor sees this and gives you recognition and a bonus or raise in pay as you certainly deserve it.

Iโ€™m so glad to have found out about US Mobile. Iโ€™ve been with every phone carrier and left just because of horrible customer service, high prices and fees, and bad cell service. Joshua and Samob helped me with a stressful technical issue is a timely manner. Every person I have spoken with at US Mobile seems to actually care about doing their job and to me thatโ€™s going above and beyond. Also the coverage is outstanding!

I would like to shine the spotlight on US Mobile superstar, Ahsan Dar. Ahsan helped me with APNs to complete my transfer to US Mobile. Not only was he EXCEEDINGLY competent, INCREDIBLY polite, WONDERFULLY articulate and good natured, but he made a lasting impression on my friend and me as one of the nicest, most intelligent, decent, and kind people we could imagine working with! We hated to hang up the phone. Ahsan represents US Mobile superbly ... and my phone is working perfectly now. :). Thank you, Ahsan, not only for the technical help but for the delightful conversation we shared while my phone rebooted multiple times. To make a long story short. I had 2 version phones to have US Mobile port over. Honestly the problems were created by myself. And what do you do? Call a 5 star cell company for help. Boy Mr. Asim was amazing. Very educated, polite, and decided he was going to fix my problems that took over 2 hours. I learned allot and I think now Asim can tackle any programming problems. All in all he was amazing. I highly recommend US Mobile.

Ahsan Dar (representative) is a GENIUS! I was ready to throw out my Redmi phone due to terrible call quality. I talked to at least 5 US Mobile reps for extended periods of time. NONE could figure out the issue. I was ready to give up. I'm glad I didn't and got a hold of Ahsan. He with great skill and competence figured out and solved the issue.

Syed Ihsaan is a magic man! Helped me within two seconds to solve problems with internet, while I spent almost two hours the other day and didn't get any results. I decided to call back later and got into Syed, I didnt want to spend another 2 hours of trying tings back and forth... so I asked to connect me with a previous guy. But he didn't have his shift, tough that guy was also willing to help...but today Syed resolved my problem within few seconds... Bravo!! If you want your problems to be solved quickly ask for this guy

I had a lot of trouble changing my Verizon cell phone to us mobile. A large part of the problem was Verizon dropping the ball at their end. I called us mobile for help and I was lucky enough to get Syed Ihsaan on the line. He was incredibly helpful and very patient with me. He had to spend a long time with me but solved all my problems with switching my phone to us mobile. He made my day.

I have used them several times over the past few years. I'm not sure why I kept going back. This time was the last straw. I paid for the unlimited because I needed the hotspot for working on my laptop. The hotspot did not work, despite multiple chats, emails, and even a phone call from their tech department. My wife's sim card did not work at all, data would never work. After over an hour chat, tech support could not explain why. With this and my history of problems with them, they refused to refund my plan even though I only had it for 1 week and the hotspot never worked. They refunded my wife's plan because it never worked, but refused to refund the Starter Sim fee, even though the sim card never worked. I have lots of other negative experiences of their service never working for unexplainable reasons. I highly recommend for you to avoid and go with a different provider. I will not use them any more and have already found another provider that is just as cheap and both sim cards worked as advertised right out of the box.

Mr Sheryar Khan is the most professional, polite, patient customer service rep I have ever dealt with. He is also very knowledgeable about your products, and went way beyond what was necessary to help me get 2 new phones switched to US Mobile. Please convey my thanks to him, and promote this guy. He has a bright future.
