Iqra Azad was excellent in supporting my move to a new Shared Pool plan and adding a 2nd line being ported from Verizon. She was knowledgeable, professional & friendly! The only issue I had was that the call center phone system from Pakistan dropped call twice and had bad delays to USA. Iqra consistently called me back (I was on land line) so she was great but call center phone infrastructure was not.

Just had a wonderful experience with call-in support. Originally called to switch back to the black sim card from the white one due to finding out data de-prioritization was just as bad on the TMO network, but Nobel took the time to explain the issues that could be causing my problems. We discussed MVNO's, coverage, VZ vs TMO networks, and a few other things. It was great to have someone on the other end that understood the technology and issues. He provided excellent customer service.

After 5 days without service and communicating with several agents, Zeshan was able to get thing resolved. I want to thank him, and if you ever have any issues, he's the man.

How refreshing it is to know exceptional customer service still exists! Mr Ghazanfar Ali gets 100 Stars. I had issues getting my number ported over and no matter what he never gave up. When the port happened is was instantaneous, our call was dropped and he called right back and made sure all services were working. I tried to move to Visible months ago but that never happened because there were zero humans to deal with their website problems. 3 thumbs-up to U.S. Mobile and their excellent Customer Service

Talha is an exceptional customer service representative. He patiently took the time to assist me thru various pages until everything went thru properly. Many companies need to provide such patient service representatives who will be there till all is completed, as we received with Talha. As the saying goes, "when a company takes good care of it's employees, the employees will take good care of the customers"

Maheen with US Mobile was an excellent help with getting my phone activated. I couldn't say enough good about her. I've never experienced customer service like that with anyone! She was so patient and stayed with me for over 2 hours. She stayed with me till my problem was resolved, never made me feel like I didn't know what I was doing. She was so kind! Excellent service! So thankful!

Navid was awesome in getting my number ported in to US Mobile even after my prior carrier botched everything. He was probably one of the most professional, patient, knowledgeable and helpful customer service reps I've talked to in a long time. We already are having a way better experience than the last company and hope that things will go well from here. Thanks again Navid!

I have been using US Mobile for 3 months now and am very happy with the serice. Had some technical issues with my phone service after returning from another country, I was indeed very lucky to have customer service agent Nobel on the line to help me. He is a thorough professional, polite and has great knowledge. He fixed all the issues I had with the phone service and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working fine and I don't run into any issues later on. I have never met anyone who would do such thorough testing to make sure of that. I would give him 6 stars out of 5.

Agent Syed Ihsaan Kazmi spent a lot of time this evening helping me get a backmarket plan SIM manually activated (apparently there are problems with the website). He was very patient and professional! Not very impressed with the company so far, but Syed was great!

Maheen and Amir Each addressed my needs today with expert responses with respect. I had updated my credit card but failed to re-establish my auto pay. Maheen reconnected everything quickly and everything seemed to work. Howev once I left my Wifi the system glitched and I had to call back. After some research/discussion Amir had me reset the Network on my phones Perfect! Highest stars for their knowledge and effective steps to resolve my issues

I've been having problems with my data any time I would go off my wifi my data would stop working or be very slow. It became a nuisance and very frustrating. Having to reach out to customer service several times a week was unacceptable for me. I'm not a phone person so I always reached out through their text messaging option. They would help troubleshoot my phone that way and have me reset my phone after they reset it on their end it should be fixed etc My phone worked fine for lil while after and go right back to slow data or no data. Again I'm not a phone person. But today I needed help resetting my voicemail password and that's what got me to call over the phone and I'm so glad I did. I was connected with a gentleman named Nobel in technical support. He understood my frustrations and met my needs effectively. He took the time and walked me through every step thoroughly. He was patient, helpful, and very genuine. Honestly he was so pleasant to speak with. I hope all of the customer service representatives are like him. Thank you so much Nobel your awesome at your job thank you for making my day and fixing my data and resetting my voicemail password.
