“All interactions with Dina, the owner have been pleasant. I dropped a grand on a new vacuum, a sebo based on recommendation and assurance that it would be delivered promptly, as I needed it soon and desperately. It was, but without a filter- so useless ( it blows the hair and dirt out in front of the vacuum). A filter was ordered on a Saturday, after I had expressed multiple times the need for quick delivery. I waited, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, then called to find out status. The filter wasn’t even shipped till Wednesday, and isn’t scheduled to be delivered till Friday. I regret not purchasing locally where I can just pick up what I need. I was ok with the waiting a few days for the delivery of a good vacuum. I completely understand the lack of control when the machine was shipped without a vital component and that a filter needed to be ordered. I’m not ok that the shipment of the filter was not expedited for quick delivery.”
“Josh was friendly and prompt in fulfilling my order after placement. Vacuums R-Us also helped me obtain the extended warranty on my Sebo vac, which is a great machine. Their prices and no shipping cost policy are also a bonus of working with them.”
