STILL WAITING ON AN ORDER I PLACED ON 24/05/2015 MY ACCOUNT IS SHOWING IT IS WAS READY FOR TO BE DISPATCHED,THAN IT WAS SHOWING ORDER DELAY AND IS ON PRIORITY . This is the second request for a review for this company I have had today, yet I am still awaiting the order to be delivered, which has not been despite me contacting Value Basket about where my order is. I was told via an e-mail on the 22nd May that my order has been processed quicker and that it would be with me soon, yet it is now the 29th May and despite the bank holiday and the fact that Value Basket must think my order has been received I have nothing. So until i receive the order I placed my rating for this company is Very Poor

Very poor checkout service. Site does not give you option to choose delivery methods and dates until you pay for item. Secondly customer service is so poor, different versions from different agents about how and when I will get a refund for a returned item. It also takes forever for your calls to get answered. Yes the items are cheaper than what the recommended retail price is but I would rather go with the convenience and confidence I have in a purchase from a High Street store rather than use ValueBasket. I will not be using site again

When I ordered off the website I was told I would receive a confirmation email - never received. Ordered weeks ago but still not delivered although received an email yesterday (8 May) saying the courier company had it for delivery. Email gave a link to courier company's tracking website but unable to open VERY POOR

The delivery is one of the most important step when you by something, and I even understand when we have a bank holiday in the middle, but take 7 days just on the delivery and 2 days preparing the package to be send, for me is unacceptable. I don't think that I will place any other order again with value basket.

The costumer service is horrible, first of all they never get the phone (30m on the phone) on top of that they lost my phone, and after a week and a half I needed to chase them to finally got the phone. BAD management! #

I bought a birthday present for a friend with 11 days to spare. Your website said present would be delivered in time. It hasn't arrived, despite you saying it was shipped a week ago. Your customer services never answer the phone - I have been on hold for over 15 minutes before giving up. I will not be using you again.

Ordered a phone on April 13th and I am writing this on the 24th of April after receiving an email asking for feedback. I have not yet received the product and have contacted value basket to try and track my delivery after concerns had been raised when I was told the phone would be delivered no later than 8 days after purchase and the courier service being used havent even been sent a product Not happy at all with the service I have revived

Where to start.. Living in Ireland I purchased a camera from valuebasket´s UK store. They had like 8 of them in stock and since it´s a professional one they don´t sell in big numbers. 10 days after paying for the camera the parcel was not even handed over to the courier which I contacted today. When I contacted valuebasket they said it was given to courier 5 days ago and its "on the way" and is DPD´s fault as they probably failed to scan the parcel they said - which I find hard to believe as I know how perfect DPD is and it never takes more then 2 days from UK to ROI. Needless to say that valuebasket customer service line staff are not very polite, professional or even helpful. I will refrain from ordering anything off them in future as quality of their services and speed of delivery is ridiculously low. It´s been 10 days today and I can only guess how many days will I have to wait for my camera or at least till it´s actually shipped. This experience left me very disappointed.

I have been messed about with by this company for over a month. I have neither my goods or my money returned. I have phoned, emailed and spent lots of my time trying to get my order or money back. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Now instructing card issuer to retrieve my money. DO BUY FROM. Save yourself time and money!!!!!

Unfortunately I made an order with this fraud site. I have spent 300 pounds for a camera, and I didn t recente notting ve request my money back, and i ve spoken with the Police. Now i ve to see if i Will received my money back. Don t use this site for nothng. Is Just a fraud
