“Twice now, I have ordered lightshades from this company, and I STILL have nothing to show for it. The first time, their Hermes '48 hour delivery' took 2 weeks and the both lightshades were Battered, dented and unusable. Second time, again using hermes '48 hour', this time taking 10 days. Hermes tracking from my end claimed parcel was going to be delivered on 3 separate occasions, then said parcel was too big and would need to be sent via a different delivery. I queried delivery with value lights and the tracking at their end claimed delivery had been attempted 3 times and was now being returned to sender!! This was an absolute utter lie as I work from home and NEVER miss a delivery. Value lights agreed to a refund, but I think they need to rethink their choice of courier if they want to stay in business.”

“Bought a lovely tripod standard lamp. Really pleased but be advised if you sign up, read the welcome email before you order as you cannot use the welcome offer - and they will not honour it - at a later date.”

“I bought several light fittings and 2 lampshades. The fittings were fine, hence the 3 stars. The 2 lampshades were hopeless. Came disassembled with completely useless instructions not for this product. They had cardboard copper inserts that had no way of fixing to the shade so just fell out. I stuck them in with double sided sticky tape but I shouldn't have had to. Product sold was completely unusable.”

“I don't normally write reviews. Though I have to say as a returning customer, I am thrilled again with my purchase. Good value for money, plenty of ranges to choose from, great customer service and your item is with you in a couple of days, and expertly packed. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.”
