“Very poor service and been given the run around from Eric. He hasn’t followed up on request to get a refund. He says he has submitted it to accounts. Tomorrow will be a week since I requested a refund. I wasn’t told that the Canon A30 was back ordered when I made the purchase. ValueTekno was quick to take my money, but given the run around every time I inquired from Eric. Very poor service, I am sorry to have trusted your company. Still waiting, please credit my account.”
“I am writing in regards to your very poor customer service. I submitted an order 1/28/2022. I made an order for a Canon A30 ink cartridge. I wasn’t told at the time that it was back ordered thinking I would get it in 5 to 7 days. I haven’t received yet and requested a refund. Tomorrow will be a week since I requested it. I have inquired from Eric and been given the run around. I’m very unhappy with the poor service. Valueteko was fast taking my money. Poor service, please refund me.”
“Placed an order on Jan 13 2022. Never hrard from valuetechno. Followed up on feb 5 2022, was told the item would be shipped asap. 5 days later no shipping scheduled .

“Before I order on Thursday, December 30, I asked on the chat when I would receive my order. The reply was Saturday or Monday. A week later, I have not received notice of shipment with Saturday only two days away.
Perhaps ValueTecno does not send notices of shipment. If so, I suggest it do so.”
“I can't write a review when the item hasn't been shipped yet, even though a USPS label was created 6 days ago. After an apology phone call from Eric blaming the post office for the delay, the toner finally arrived and is performing well.”
