4+months and still waiting Nightmare, where to begin!!!!!. I ordered a Factory production vehicle to my specification in Aug 2019 and this was subsequently placed, I then recieved a phone call to offer me a better deal on a stock item they had at a great price. Great! you would thing, reserved the said vehicle with £500 deposit confirmed by email. I heard nothing for 2 weeks and then phoned and phoned and the phoned again only to be told somone would call ne back!. I finally spoke to them by pretendinf to be someone else and got through to the relevant individual. The information is "not good" he said the car I had placed a depsoit on had been given to someone else via the finance company. As you can imagine i was very disappointed, but he said there was another vehicle same specification just a different colour and same price, I of course said this was fine secured again with confirmation email. Guess what?, low and behold the same thing happened again. I did all the chasing, had to pretend to be someone else again and all for the same answer as before that this new reserved vehicle had been given to somone else at no fault of Vanarama. The only option for me now was to re-order Original factory spec (more expensive than offer) that I had ordered in Aug 2019. I am now at the same stage again that I have still not received paperwork or finance docs in regards to said new vehicle and had to chase this all again and Yes, you guessed it pretend to be someone else to get put through to speak to the right person. Anyone believe in Christmas miracles?, as I beleive I will need one to ever see this order. Regards Darren

Car ordered delivered was wrong spec. Not possible to retrofit missing options. Contract cancelled, I am now without a vehicle for at least 4 weeks until I can get a new lease vehicle. No compensation offered. Only reimbursed ferry cost for me to collect from mainland (I'm in Belfast). No offer of temp car or cover my costs of gap vehicle. Really disappointed as I am an existing customer at end of one lease and was signed up for a new lease. Needless to say, will not be back. Customer care thrown out years ago, don't go near this crowd.

Ordered van in April for delivery in August and fight at last minute tell me paperwork is incorrect so won’t be delivered on time complete shambles steer well clear

My service from vanarama was exceptional. They covered all aspects of the arrangement , from me to my accountant. I had Becky Black deal with me from day 1 to finish. Outstanding service.

Terrible experience.Trying to get hold of them once you’ve ordered your pickup is a bit like knitting fog !Give you a date your pickup will be ready then the excuses start .Keep passing you around ,You then have to chase delivery with Evans Halshall.Date sorted after heated discussion.I was really looking forward to the delivery of a brand new Ford Ranger Wildtrack this morning 6/8/2019.Was told to keep my phone with me as I would be called pre delivery. 9.30 my phone went, “were really sorry but there’s a problem,your pickup has been damaged and we won’t be able to get it to you till Friday when it’s been repaired and resprayed .This was the point we’re i cancelled the pickup .I must say here the customer services improved ,they said they would refund me straight away.This was the first time I have leased a pickup and I am very disappointed with Vanarama. After such a bad experience with global van i decided to go with Vanarama. I dealt with a guy named Will, he was very helpful and helped me get my new transit custom quickly and with no fuss. So refreshing after using such a useless firm. I would definitely recommend vanarama.

can’t believe I even have to put 1 star! The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with! They lie to get your deposit then leave you hanging for weeks! Don’t listen to the delivery date because once you have paid them they will then decide you can’t get your car for 2 months! And every time you ring you get told something different... told they will ring you back and they don’t!! Joke of a company!

Fake 5 Star Reviews , This company employ full time social media staff to get their false advertising covered up. Lions share of these reviews with 5 Stars are Fake and made up.

Do not touch with a barge pole. New van, issues within a week. Been with Citroen for 2 weeks still haven't started work on it. Paying 270 a month driving a bashed up vivaro and now about to have to pay towards renting another van. DO NOT GO NEAR A VANARAMA DEAL.
