The van I bought as new was in fact pre-registered so in fact it was not new I would have liked to have known before the V5 arrived in the post! Having said that it only had delivery miles on the clock. Vans directs invoice did state new which it should not have done other than that it was a very easy transaction.

Was very apprehensive about this method of buying a van at first, but I needn't have been. Dan in sales did everything he could to alleviate my concerns and called me when he said he would. My van was delivered a day later than initially scheduled but I was constantly updated by the excellent customer service team in the lead up so no issue there. They even called me a week after taking delivery of my van to check that everything was ok. Very happy with the service and a great price to boot. Recommended.

Van supplied on time. However, six months down the line, the van had a puncture and when calling out Green Flag we discovered the wrong locking wheel nut key had been supplied. This meant the tyre could not be changed at the roadside and had to be recovered to a garage, where the wheel locking nut had to be removed with specialist tools. The result being the van was off the road for two working days, we had the expense of the garage and downtime. Spoke to Vans Direct who have denied all responsibility and said we should have spoken to the dealership who supplied the vehicle. We pointed out the vehicle was supplied by Vans Direct but they are not interested in contributing towards the cost we have incurred. We have bought a few vans from Vans Direct before but rest assured we will not buy from them again. Like dealing with a used car sales lot.
