“I placed an order on July 31st. I have still not received it since it was “lost” in Texas. They won’t give my money back and now they are ignoring my emails. Absolutely the worst company I have dealt with!! I would never recommend them to anyone!”
“I have been shopping at Vape Royalty for a while now. I was ordering some juice when I made a mistake by getting the wrong flavor. When I got the conformation email, I noticed that it was menthol. No more than a minute to 30 seconds later I tried to contact them. There was no number or way to modify my order, I had to use their message service to contact them. A day later, I finally got an email telling me that there is nothing they could do and that it shipped and will not accept returns. I contacted them again to get them to intercept the package so I could return it. No one responded and has not since even after sending several messages. Customer service did nothing to rectify the issue. I will never use this site again.”
“I have ordered from here twice. The prices are good and they have a great selection. That doesn't make up for the fact that they take an eternity to ship anything. The first order took a week to process and 10 days from placing the order to it arriving at my door. When I complained about it taking forever to process they claimed "Corona Virus blah blah". So I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now the next order once again 10 days from order to my door. This time 3 days later they created a shipping label then didn't bother dropping it off at the Post office for another 4 days. The first time I gave them a pass but having it happen a second time I'm done. I won't be ordering from this company again. Frankly there's plenty of other companies out there that sell the same products and don't sit on their orders for days before they ship them.”
“Worst experience with vape royalty. They shipped FAKE hi-drip to me and I had to reach out to the manufacter myself. Thank goodness the HI-DRIP brand corrected my issue because these guys from vape royalty refused to refund what was THEIR error not the manufacture's. Who buys fake juice from a fake manufacture as a store owner, sells it to costumers and refuses to correct their own issue? Its greedy, selfish, and irresponsible considering I am the one who corrected and researched my own issue.”
“Look at return policy before you buy here. They take no returns whatsoever even for brand new products. They also edit reviews on there site. 3 reviews i looked at before i bought the item. Went to leave my own review these same 3 all say posted today when they were there over a week ago. They removed 3 bad reviews i posted within an hour. Before they even remove the review it said i posted a day earlier so there fake 5 stars would remain on top. I paid priority shipping and received items from farther away over a week quicker.”
“Worst online company I have ever worked with. Bought a Smok Species from them and received the wrong color and the box was open. All boxed mods should be sealed. They questioned my integrity stating that I opened it. I reported them to the BBB and my credit card company. Avoid them at all cost.”
