“I order from Vape Uk almost exlusively due to how quick they deliver and their large selection of vape juices and replacement coils. Today i got yet another reason to shop here when I followed up on an order through email and got a phone call from them directly explaining the delay (No fault of their own, just an unfortuante royal mail delay) I would HIGHLY recomend checking them out for your vape needs, honestly its so easy for these businesses to be neglegent in these crazy times and Vape UK take the care and time to make sure orders are correct and customer service is on point! 10/10 products and 10/10 customer service! Tip: pay for the DPD fastest delivery and more often than not get it next day. Royal mail tends to drop the ball a little especially in pandemic times (Which is entirely understandable)”

“I bought some liquids and salts as well as coils for my Aspire PockeX Vape stick. The liquids are perfect and good value and delivery was very quick, however, the coils I bought are the wrong ones and will not fit. I'm surprised if this does not happen a lot as there is NO PRODUCT REFERENCE on the coils but the packaging looks almost identical to what I bought before. Whilst this is not your fault, perhaps SOME PHOTOS OF THE PRODUCT ITSELF (not just the box) would give buyers a chance to see that the screw fitting is what they were looking for. Although this was disappointing, generally your service was excellent. John Mather”

Hi Belinda, Thank you for leaving a review, sorry to hear you were left disappointed by the delivery time. The order you placed with us on Boxing Day was processed and dispatched at the earliest time available to us on the 29th December, due to Royal Mail not collecting on Sunday or Bank Holiday Monday, where it then left us on the 30th, on the standard Tracked 48 service. The earliest available delivery day would have been Saturday 2nd of January, making this two working days, although this is not a guaranteed service and we advise our customers to allow up to seven working days. I can see from the tracking information that it was delivered on Monday January 4th, the third working day possible for delivery. For future orders with ourselves, we do offer a number of next day delivery options on our site, which are guaranteed to be delivered next day. Many thanks, Michael @ Vape UK.

It’s ability to make massive clouds is superb and it is more customisable than any other mod I’ve used (change display theme, colour etc). I also really appreciated the small but personal touches that Vape UK put into the box, such as the name of the person it was picked and packaged by, in addition to 2 complimentary chocolates.
