“I have cherry menthol and have tried several brands, this was cheaper so I thought I’d give it a try and bought 10. Unfortunately, it leaves a horrible aftertaste and not an enjoyable flavour to vape as other cherry menthols. I wont be buying this again.”

Hi Paul, I can assure you we only stock and sell genuine Smok products from an approved Smok supplier, we do not and have never sold fake products from any manufacturer. If you can get in touch with us by email with a photo of the barcode on the back of the box we can take this up further with Smok themselves and forward you their reply. Their QR barcode recognition software is also renound for being temperamental and unreliable.

“This was my first vape and I am very disappointed. When I first received it and followed the instructions on filling it. Leaving it to stand it started to leak. I changer the filter and shook it as advised and the issue was still there, however, it was only mild as long as I kept the intake air holes mostly closed. I persevered with this for 3 - 4 days but then hot fluid starting spitting out on to my face and in my mouth. Not wanting to invest any more time buy more filters i have decided to leave it. I also did not receive anything to register it so i felt a bit lost as to where to go . overall disappointed.”

“The reason I'm giving a two star is because I ordered my innokin plexar from here,they sent it all out after I spent nearly £50.00 waited a few days to get it to have hopefully start using straight away as i recently stopped smoking cigarettes and they didn't send a battery out with the device which was annoying as i has to go out and buy one for £8.00,i did get in contact with them and they did send one out and had to wait a few more days for that I have also noticed that I charged the pipe and battery for over 12 hours and after using it for 2hrs tops it was dead again.”
