“I have been using Vape UK's online store and delivery service(I live in Scotland) for a while wldue to the bricks and mortar shops being closed. I cannot fault the quality oe service provided. I dare say i may continue to use Vape UK even when Bricks and mortar shopping is allowed again. The personal touch of a little choccie goes along way”

“Used vape uk for a long time now. Absolutely faultless service. Always fast delivery. Always have stock. Most of all the customer service is second to none. I had a small issue with a bad batch of coils (manufactures fault) they sent me two new boxes of coils the next day. Awesome.”

“Ordered a SMOK Rigel mini as i needed one asap! These guys at VAPE UK have special delivery so it came really fast, next day, honestly cant fault them, also gave me a free flavour. Absolutely fantastic service currently have my mod combined with a innokin Zlide tank, buying a Aspire nautilus gt mini from them right now!”

“I have yet to try many other online Vape shops but VapeUK/VapeUKCBD seems to be very customer focused and extremely helpful in their responses to my (many) email l queries about various products! I purchase all my CBD vape oils from the CBD site and they are of good quality and again the staff answering my queries seem to have good knowledge of the products they are sending. I also had a faulty product and had it replaced swiftly and without any fuss. The only gripe I have is if you are purchasing from the CBD site and the non CBD site - when buying new oil on one and replacement pods on the other -there is no way of linking purchases across the sites (yet) and so it is hard to qualify for the free delivery threshold.... However when I emailed to question this I was very helpfully refunded my delivery costs with proof purchase that it would have amounted to qualify for the free delivery. Now that is great customer service right there! I have recommended to my friends and know they have purchases. So yes, recommended for a good all round purchasing experience :-)”

We have a brand new, fully redeveloped site currently underway, which will amalgamate our main Vape UK and Vape UK CBD sites into one, allowing you to order all your favourite products directly from one site, without the need to navigate between the two, and pay additional postage costs.
