They are professional and recently forget to add correct amount of Nic Shots to my order, and after sending them an email they promptly corrected the mistake and shipped additional items. “I had a problem with a vape pen I purchased from Vape Uk. I emailed customer services and they dealt with my query promptly. I had to return my product and they sent me a return label and a replacement straight away. They were very professional and courteous and dealt with my problem very quickly. Hi, Thank you kindly for taking the time to leave us a review and for the smile it brought to our faces here at Vape UK. I will email you separately to discuss further but your order left us for Finland on the 5th of May and according to tracking it has arrived in Finland today (12th) for delivery to yourself. As you can imagine there have been severe delays due to the Covid19 Pandemic which I can only apologise for but have been completely out of our control. Vape UK
