“Great delivery speed and product looked great bud sadly it leaks through the airflow holes and the Tank doesn’t screw in to the base securely and continuously spins. I have emailed regarding my complaint and as of yet still not had a response. A little disappointing after the initial great service. Would happily re visit my review if issue gets resolved.”

“First class service. Had a problem initially and they immediately sent out another unit. It was later found to be the battery that was the problem. So one unit sent back (they also paid postage) and refunded me what I paid for the battery. I will certainly use them again and would highly recommend others use them too. What customer service is supposed to be like.”

“We purchased R-KISS kit for the first time. It was easy to set it up and well priced. What I would like to give a review more on it was a service from Vape UK, Michael in particular. When I ordered it, I’ve paid for Sunday delivery which was meant to be delivered by DPD. DPD had lost the parcel but failed to notify me until I’ve contacted them myself. I’ve logged the complaint with DPD, but still to this day nobody in DPD acknowledged it. Michael, at Vape Uk on the other hand was brilliant. He replied to my email same day, next day had parcel re sent via Royal mail Special delivery at no extra cost. The only place I will by from all my stuff for my Vape is Vape UK, exceptional service, professional and understanding staff!!! Thank you Vape UK and Michael.”
