“I recently had problems with my vape set up and emailed to ask for help. The reply email was almost instant, the advice really helpful and a solution sent out to me to try free of charge. I hadn’t used the correct liquid so was getting popping and excess liquid. Now vaping happily. Extremely impressed with customer service and speedy delivery of goods.”

“Vape uk are great however the vape uk juices smell amazing but the taste doesn't last very long... after a while they start to fade . The bubblegum and strawberry marshmallow are gorgeous but again after a few puffs they dont taste the same. I also bought some fancy ones... the just juice. The mango passionfruit is gorgeous and the flavour lasts forever :)”

“Always good advice especially if you're new to vaping.. I only vape cbd and this place was great to me in the past on what to buy and use for a first timer. I've had 3 vape pens from their starter packs and 2 I've still got ,1 is nearly 2 years old.. Cbd liquid is legit so dont worry and is backed up and certified..Great products, great service,stuff is well packaged and delivered on time.. Will continue to use ,much better than my local vape shops who try hard selling tactics for things I didn't need..Cant speak highly enough of this place...😎”

“I had a good experience with my first order but at the end of the day it's just a retail business selling others' products so what is there to judge? (apart from prices and delivery times/cost). Meaning the customer's experience needs to be straightforward and convenient, which it was. Do all e-cig e-shops achieve that? No. So in an online retail model where the most you can innovate about is around simplicity and ease of use, then VapeUk does better than others because their website is a pleasure to navigate while their stocking choices matches my preferences plus EU delivery was fast and fair-priced. I'll be buying from them again”
