“5 days to get a confirmation. I sent an email and it was never returned. Wildly unimpressed at how slowly they put my order together. I'd recommend another shop or site. Theres a reason they have 3.5 stars.”

“Ordered wholesale direct from vapor beast. Multiple orders occurred where products were missing. I had to proactively call customer service to find out what happened. Rather than issue a refund for products that were out of stock. I was issued a credit on my account. I vowed to not use their service again. Now a year and a half later I was curious to see if my credit was still available to me but my account has been deactivated on their site.”

“Ordered a POD device along with juice and extra cartridges, paid next day air so I could receive it the next day. There next day air price wasn't bad and there free shipping service was like 14 days. They did have a cutoff if not ordered by 12 it wont ship out that day. which basically just means they are lazy and dont want to get it shipped out that day. So I was ok with waiting one more day for it to ship, but then the next day around 11 I get a email saying you have to fill out this form in order to ship the product, so I filled the form out and didn't get it back to them until 12:30 so they delayed the shipping again another day because I didn't get the form filled out and back to them before 12.”
